Depending on the time of your visit (after midnight and before 6am) the customer service is great. The bathroom is clean and the staff is helpful. IF there is more than 1 person on that shift, they will check for an item that hasn't been put on the shelf.
They are so much better now, they do not yell at me anymore and they honor my discounts no problems anymore. Great since it is the 711 I most visit. I go here everyday and it is in fact improved.
I go here every so often and it's always been clean. I go in and buy my stuff and leave so there's very little interaction with the staff, but so far everyone has been friendly when I have a question.
