We stopped in at Arby's in Galax VA after riding the bike trail and it was great! The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. We will stop in again if we are through there. The mocha shake is AWESOME!!
Here recently, I have been through drive-thru a couple of times here, and their crew has been extremely nice.
It can be a challenging job to work with the public, not to mention when your shift is short staffed.
Managing your attitude with a short-staffed shift is a skill, a skill not lacking in patience.
It is not always "a walk in the park" to serve the public their breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. Not to mention when they are short of workers, and they have all worked a split-shift all week.
Let's go ahead and add in those personal-life dilemmas, as well....

I love arbys. But I do not like the fact that they still have the lobby closed especially when its rush hour and you don't have time to wait in a long line.. COVID isn't enough to keep the lobby closed anymore. It times for American to move forward its been over a year already. When is enough, enough???
A little pricey but worth it. Nice staff, clean bathrooms. Good food fast.
Galax, Va Arby's review. Our Classic Beef and Cheddar's were delicious. They had a fair amount of beef on each sandwich and our curly fries were good and hot.
