They righted their mistake, delivered the correct order that was originally carry out and the driver refused my tip and our dinner was free with cinnamon sticks to top it off! Appreciate the fix and we’ll be back!

Initially my 4 stars were a 2 to be honest. I placed an order online which consisted of EXTRA EVERYTHING. Upon delivery the driver was amazing. However my order was.... well disappointing. You pay extra. You expect extra. Was not the case.
I called the galion location and asked for a management representative. I was connected to Levi he was a huge help and now the reason for a 4 star review
Our pizza was perfect. The staff was friendly. The one guy even held the door and opened my car door for me because my hands were full!

Earlier this week I called in with a problem from the online rewards program and he went above and beyond to help me out. I was very impress with his customer service and willingness to stay on the phone to help me. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to figure it out at the moment to redeem my free pizza so he offered to honor it and hooked me up. Thank you Dallas.
I would recommend them to anyone. Great pizza and even better customer service.

Our family has NEVER had any issues with any order from Dominos. We absolutely enjoy ordering from here and honestly, in my opinion, there is no other pizza place around that has tasty pizza such as Dominos. Always a good choice there pick any for $5.99 is always a great choice and if you pay an extra $3 and you can get a specialty pizza when using the coupon. If you place your orders online whether you pick up or have delivery you earn points towards free pizza which is nice. They do have a delivery charge , I think it's a couple dollars or so.... regardless I generally get the Philly steak-n-cheese pizza, thin crust, extra cheese, extra onion, extra Philly steak. When I started ordering online I noticed a huge price difference some of the deals you get online they cannot give you in the store so save yourself a few bucks take a couple extra minutes out of your busy schedule, download the Domino's app, look at the coupons they offer which is generally better than what you get offered in the store, start racking up your points, get your free pizza......Everyone enjoys free pizza. Also the garlic bites are good , the lava cakes are really good, the wings are just okay but they have a sweet habanero sauce for dipping that's not half bad.
