Stopped by just before 10pm last night after spending 10 minutes waiting for someone to talk my order at another restaurant nearby that I won't name. My family and I went through the drive-thru here in Gallatin and the young man that was at the window really has his act together! Our food was quickly made, hot and presented to us with a smile and a greeting. The crew working this day is doing a terrific job! 6th of August 2023 11:00 a.m.
It had been a while since I had been to this particular Wendy's. It was a nice, warm day so I decided to stop in on my way to the park.
There were a few people in line in front of me, but my wait wasn't long at all. The guy on the front register was friendly and knew how to get the orders out quick

I only ordered a frosty plus I bought the Frosty tag for a year of small Frosty's. One person gave me the Frosty while the window person forgot about giving me my Frosty tag. Finally the gentleman on the headset opened the window and asked me if I was waiting on something else. He was very curtious
