Let's just say a little kindness goes along way with me. From the lady who took my order to the manager who was a blessing to me. Excellent customer service!
With the exception of one order that sat in the store for way too long and got cold I'll have to say remodel is really nice and the pizza has been really good! They even give you a nice area to watch "The Dough Show" lol. They did rectify the cold pizza.
This Domino’s is fairly consistently good. They can’t seem to figure out how to pie cut a thin crust pizza, but if that’s the worst issue, I count that as pretty good.
Absolutely great people that work here especially Brett. I was starving after work and I came just 10 minutes before close after papa John's wouldn't take my order because they were closing in 30 minutes.
Brett still made everything that I wanted! I really appreciate him taking the time to make my order even though they were trying to close up. Domino's did it 10 minutes before close!!! Thank you. Now I have a great last minute dinner!
Brett needs a raise just saying he was so happy, quick, and just delightful 🙂

It's Domino's, but they usually do a good job at this location. Always friendly when I pickup.
Update: they did in fact tear it down and rebuild the whole Domino's and parking lot was as well re-done.

Love my dominos but my only issue is the damn parking lot. They need to rebuild start new on that whole place. Keep making the best pizza in Gallatin tn.
John is so kind, and such a wonderful delivery driver! He is very sweet, and even takes the time out of his busy night to chat with my toddlers when they come first thing through my front door! It goes beyond delivery service and He truly delivers such a wonderful experience! This man deserves a raise!

Dominoes Pizza is fine but to be honest, if Papa John's would deliver, I would go with them. Pizza is better, brownies a lot better, and their prices are more in line with what it should be.
I will brag on their delivery. Always on time, and delivery people are polite. I appreciate their service a great deal. Just wish the pizza was better. Maybe it just needs seasoning. Not sure.
Cheese bread is so so delicious 😋 a must try.
