Since 2003 this is my favorite place to relax and visit with friends. I and my bff&e have spent many hours drinking our coffee and playing backgammon. When we've gone on motorcycle rides we all meet up at the Grind. The owners and everyone there have been great over the many years we have gone here. Love it!

My BFF and I meet here once a month. She lives in Sacramento and I live in Manteca. We found the perfect meeting spot! We really enjoy the people, the drinks, and the food!! Much better than Starbucks in my opinion

Delicious coffee, we drive from Lodi at least 3 x's a week to get their coffee. The wife likes the blended coconut crunch... hopefully they will put a coffee shop in Lodi some day.

Always great. A little too busy sometimes for a quick latte, but it's worth the wait... Tastes better than that big super popular brand with the green logo :)

Small, cute and comfortable. Definitely wheel chair accessible. They changed there name to Lifes a Grind from “Its a grind” but they still serve the same great coffee, and always have an excellent assortment of pastries. The restroom is open to all and is accessible. The staff is friendly and the regulars are friendly and like to reel other customers in their conversations while they order, and wait for their coffee. Waiting times are about 3 minutes tomorder and 6-10 minutes max for the order to be fullfilled but completely worth it.

Choice between I.A.G and Starbucks- chose I.A.G. Smart move. Good, friendly service and good selection. Breakfast sandwich was hot and delicious. Hazelnut mocha was spot on!

I get life is a grind, but today I left without drinking my coffee (pour-over) that I paid for. This just made it more difficult to grind the rest of my daily life I had left this Friday. I didn't expect to sit at the table while my coffee sat in the pour-over contraption forgotten. When it was made apparent that I had been forgotten, instead of even checking if my coffee had gotten cold it was quickly poured into a paper to-go-cup although I ordered it "for here". I had hoped to sit and enjoy my cups of coffee in a ceramic cup as it should be. I returned the paper cup full of untouched coffee. When I said that I didn't want it, no-one asked why, offered a refund or a correction. The thing that really grinds me is that I regularly tip 20%. This lack of service was not prompt or correct. I am owed a large pour-over that I can drink from a civilized ceramic cup. Until atonement has been made, tips will be reduced to 1%.

Got the Cafe americano, good taste here. Not too much water, and definitely not a burnt taste like you know who. Hope it's a grind stays in business with all the competition pooping up

Still a favorite, they do have plenty of outdoor seating! Today choice iced green tea matcha latte. I've never had it with the small crushed ice before, very fun. By the way the large is REALLY Large

Not only is their coffees amazing but the staff is top notch! Always friendly, served with a smile and they always make sure to greet you and wish you a good day. To me, that's everything customer service should be!

Even though there are others around, this is like a HomeTown local coffee shop where they know your name and the same people come everyday. They start making our drinks the minute they see us pull in the parking lot. If you like getting bagels with your coffee in the morning, there is nothing like going to It's a Grind and having a huge fat bakery fresh delicious bagel, lots of different flavors, and they toast it and put the cream cheese on for you, spread as thick as you want. So much nicer than a cold icky bagel from Starbucks and they hand you a little packet of cream cheese.
