Stuttgarden Tavern - Galveston - Photo album

Went there on a Thursday night, and the 5 of us ended up playing Bingo. We had an excellent time. Lots of fun and great staff. Food and drinks are good also.
This place located in the historic strand district was amazing! Great old brick building with 3 levels, ice cold beer and the food didn’t disappoint! We ordered the grilled chicken burger and mushroom burger with waffle and regular fries. The brioche bun and perfectly season patty was nicely cooked
Michelle was awesome, you guys need to change ur qr code feedback system because my phone scanned the “not happy” qr code but we were very happy. I recommend you have one qr code and then direct the user to “hapoy vs not happy”, and further, just consolidate the feedback experience to account for c
The food was pretty dang good, I got the Irish nachos & my spouse got a habanero elk brat Flat Tony Style. He said the brats really had some good heat & devoured his meal. Beer selection was good & I liked that we could order 4oz glasses.
Loved the old school vibe of this tavern. The food was excellent. I tried the bratwurst sampler and it was hot. Tender, and full of flavors. They have ample amounts of beers to try and they were all cold and refreshing. Service was super friendly and fast. They were very accommodating with us as w
First time for everything. I had habanero elk plain jane. Hot as hell. I washed it down with a crème ales- saloon door. Smells like cotton candy. The cheese sticks were perfect!
Must stop when in Galveston! We had a great time at the second level bar. Beer selection is great and the brats are a must order. Brats are tasty and the sides are a close tasty match! House made chips and German potato salad were both awesome!
Was at this establishment a couple of weeks ago to meet a friend and share some laughs and beers. Met John, the owner/bartender and he is just awesome. The beers selection is varied and excellent. (Although 3 of my wife’s choices kegs blew while there! Another source for laughs!) The food selection
Love this place! Always delicious & ideal location on the Strand overlooking the bay. Great staff👍👏🙌 long island ice tea specials $4 & sauerkraut balls were so yum. Also the special was a combo burger/beauty with the works excellent. Check it out , when u can & enjoy🥰
Food was priced right and was tasty, I loved the schnitzel with German potato salad. The Warsteiner beer I ordered was cold and great tasting with the natural carbonation. Our server was great. What is not to love? You should check it out.
Over all cool place. 3rd floor is 21 and up and has some cool views. The food was pretty good. The pretzel was good and crisp but soft in the center. Our sausages were all good but 1 got really burnt so was hard to enjoy it. Over all will return!
The wife and I came here twice this week. The food is great (and lots of it) and the folks are super nice! Funny note...I have this exact Austin Eastciders sign in my home in Ohio! Definitely our new go-to when in Galveston!
This is one of my favorite spots out here, the wind is always perfect even if the sun is bright. No espresso martinis, so, I get the lemon drop martini, which get the job done. I couldn't believe how crispy their wings were (sauce on the side), just delicious! Their American burger was cooked just r
Delicious food! It was exactly what I was craving and the hangover hotdog and spicy chicken sandwich hit the spot! Sides were very tasty as well. 😋
This place is great. My kids loved the food and atmosphere. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The shepherds pie was fantastic. My wife, who is from London, approved. I had the schnitzel and it was the best I've had outside of Germany, which I lived in for 5 years. The drinks were stron
Very nice selection of beers. Don't be deceived by the ground floor (smelly and not very nice). The second floor is a nice bar area and the third floor is a nice open air patio.
We seen Stuttgarden on our first day and didn't stop in, decided to try it for lunch on our last day in Galveston. Glad we did. You know you found the right place when the local PD is dining there. I've worked with Germans for years in the auto industry, and have been to many German restaurants, bo
