We had a great experience! I have not eaten Schlotzsky’s in over 18 years since they left our hometown. It was still the same amazing food as I had remembered. The only small negative thing is they don’t have everything on the menu at this location that they do on the online menu. Our son wanted the Italian Shrimp and Brisket Flatbread and couldn’t find on the in-store menu. We were told they sold that specific flatbread at their other location. The cashier was new and didn’t know this certain flatbread was not made there and rang it up. I paid for the bill. They gladly corrected the bill after we learned they did not make it at this location. The staff was very friendly.

Oh man y'all...BEST sandwiches! I think I could live off the bread alone, so flippin' yummy! Lived in Austin for almost 20 years, been visiting Schlotzky's ever since. Moved to Galveston three years ago & what'dya know, two Schlotzky's on the island!
This location is closer to my house so I've been here many times, have always been satisfied, never left hungry. Oh, they have cream soda on the fountain machine...I mean, c'mon, who carries cream soda?!
We love Schlotsky’s and are old enough to remember when they had just one sandwich and one size. The first time we visited this location - pre Covid - it was filthy. We chose to eat elsewhere. Noe it’s been renovated and there’s a crew there who cares, friendly cashier, sandwiches made to order and served hot! We like our bread well toasted so they ran it through twice. The only reason I’m not giving them a 5 star is that the vent wasn’t working so it was smoky in there! 6/16/23
As usual, the sandwiches here were great. Several of us met for a quick bite. Loved it.
Its was our first time at this location and it was nice and clean. I got the Beef bacon cheesysmokey and as always it was delicious. My brother got a cheese pizza and he said it was tasty. 2 people in my party got the fiesta chicken sandwhich and as usual they liked it. My sister got the cheese sandwich and she liked it. They have one of those soda machines that have a lot of soda. There are 2 single person bathrooms here.
Food was awesome, counter person had difficulty getting our order right at the register, but overall a great place to eat. Price seemed high for a large sandwich meal, but can easily be considered a 2 meal as the sandwiches are very large.
Highly recommend for your catering! Roberto and his staff are amazing! We provided lunch for 20 plus ppl . I ordered a day before event. Everything was perfect and on time.

The only reason this did not get 5 stars is because of an employee. I know it's hard finding good help, but this girl seemed to have a chip on her shoulder no matter how nice and polite we tried??? The food was very good, but before we finished she was taking some items off the tables. Before getting up to leave she started pulling apart two tables we had joined together for a friend and our 2 well behaved grandsons. Won't eat in again, but will order from here. Just rude.
It had been a while since I've been, so I took a while to decide what looked good. Alex was super patient, helpful, and on the ball. Not to mention the food was hot and fast. Will definitely be back for more!
Haven't eaten here in years, been missing out. So tasty. Those cinnamon rolls, French dip, and jalapeno chicken pizza are on point. Friendly lady behind the counter very helpful and patient while I figured out my order. Though they offer the mini rolls I'll never short change myself again. Go big or go home.
