I order here all the time. Food is usually ready when I arrive although the store is always packed. I do wish they cooked the burgers a little more. Even choosing the well done option they barely cook the patties. And I’d say chicken is not their specialty. I ordered nuggets last time and they were so salty, and not breaded properly. My kids didn’t like them either. Other than that I love their fries and shakes.
Food was amazing. Word of caution, men's bathroom is super slippery when entering so use the bottom of your feet when entering, I almost fell terribly. I took a pic.
I loved eating here. The food was very noble, all the managers greeted me with a warm welcome. As soon as i walked in I looked at the menu with a great passion of what i wanted. I would recommend the shake burger to everyone.
It’s Shake Shack - with all the pros and cons you come to expect from the chain. In my opinion, it’s fantastic burgers, delicious fries and great milkshakes. This place does it just like hoped for.
Waiting times are a bit long, though you can put in your order ahead of time via app. Prices are not cheap, but it’s the same as everywhere. The place was a little dirty but tolerable, especially with the large amount of outdoor seating it offers.
We had such a great experience at this Shake Shack location! The restaurant was clean and the staff were so friendly, especially the manager, Chris. He took time with speak with us and genuinely ask about our experience. Thanks for a great lunch!
I visited your westbury location on old country road and I was impressed by your customer service,especially from one of your employee by the name of Jennifer C…I noticed, as I enjoyed my double burger meal,this employee would visit the tables of each and every customer,just to assure that they were satisfied with their experience here today….It was impressive to see…I wished her all the best in her future endeavors..

Great burger...so fresh and med well as a standard..my daughter, 13 years old, said the hot dogs were awesome. We dined on s Sunday afternoon and although full we got seats without a wait. A pleasant Sunday lunch with my daughter. The casual dining was thoughtful with food preparation being healthy. Love the health drinks offer instead of only soda from the fountain. Fast food presented as healthy as it can.
It's good to be free during the day on weekdays.
It's hard to find a place to sit on weekends, but there are many seats on weekdays.
I recommend a mushroom burger that even vegetarians can eat.
My favorite burger store, I stop here quite often, the service is fast and correct. The kitchen area looks clean and well maintained, the food prepps wear the right gear too. The eating area is clean as well. A few things they need to improve: they don’t allow you to pay through the phone, which is a shame since most people nowadays want to pay through their phone. The restrooms are dirty and not taken care of.
The cashier was incredibly kind and sweet. The atmosphere was calming and gorgeous. The server was very nice and sweet. There was an incident with the ketchup machine but a worker fixed it right away and was sweet.
This shake shack always has a long line but it moves quickly. Food is always hot and ready cooked very well. The shakes are great and so is the outdoor seating. Also the chicken bites are addicting. Strawberry lemonade with caffeine!
Gourmet burger with fresh ingredient and fast service. Very busy during peak hours but parking is not a problem as long as you're willing to walk a bit. Indoor and outdoor seating area are both clean, though no shade or covering for the outdoor area. High chairs are available and ramp is smooth. Diaper changing table available in the restroom. I am so glad that I don't need to go to Manhatten just to eat their burger.
As a Queens resident, our family makes 2-3 trips to Carle Place each year to shop for clothing. The kids always want to stop right here at Shake Shack for lunch when we do. It's a clean and pleasant place to eat inside, and well maintained outside with plenty of parking. The food is as good as you'd expect for any Shake Shack. My only complaint is that the service is quite slow. It took them at least 10 minutes to prepare a hot dog! If you're not in a rush, though, it's worth a visit.

Shake shack is one of my favorite places to get fast food! If you've never tried it then you need to try this, IMMEDIATELY!!! What I recommend is the shack burger that comes with cheese, lettuce, tomato, their secret "Shack sauce", and fries. I also get a cookies and cream flavored Shake.
The food was good and it came to us quickly. The only thing is that it was a bit greasy but overall still really good. They were apparently out of forks, as in they said they had no more boxes of them. Overall really good and will go again.
