Walk Street - Garden City - Photo album

An old favorite... Lunch menu was really well done. A couple of nice soup offerings, an assortment of salads, fresh sandwiches and half and half combos, all @ $10-$12. A number of hot plates, including the signature shrimp risotto and catch of the day, if you prefer. As always, service was cordial
I eat here regularly for lunch. Prices are very good for garden city area. Service is usually pretty good, even when they’re busy. The bar is tiny, if you get a seat there be careful their bins of potatoe chips are addicting.
A good Garden City stable right down town. Friendly night time bar b4 and after dinner. Menu has lots of variety and food consistently good. They do offer daily specials and outdoor dining in season. Moderately priced lunch and dinner.
Cute little restaurant on a nice commercial strip. They have several outdoor tables that are nice to people watch. The staff were friendly. As a vegetarian, I was a little disappointed in the lack of options. The food tasted decent. The draft selection could have been better.
Very good reliable food. Service is excellent. Mix of fish, steak and pasta. Been here many times and yet to have an unsatisfactory experience. Specials can get pricey but everything on the menu is good.
Fast and attentive service. Their schnitzel was amazing. I've never had a bad dish from here and make it a point to stop in every time I'm in town. Highly recommend.
I like this place, my father actually works there was an head chef (I believe) I visited the place for the first time and I loved the treatment I’ve got. I also shared this place with my fourth grade teacher. And I hope to come back here again.
A favorite spot in town on 7th Street and is a big fan by the local community. Under the leadership of Robert, walk Street thrives and supports many community endeavors. So it is no wonder it is always crowded, especially on weekends. They have a great lunch and dinner menu, and the staff here will
Nice spot with basic food to sit outside in summer + enjoy the street scenes in a pretty neighborhood. The menu has weekly themes like Mexican Monday. Mussels in spicy marinara is delicious. Bread basket is very basic. The atmosphere and cold drinks make up for standard + somewhat uninventive food c
Went on a Saturday with a friend. Sat at the bar. Bartenders were great and attentive. Hummus was delicious! Will be back
I wasn't expecting much, but found this to be a very comfortable, relaxed place with very good food. It is better than a 2 but not really a three. The food was creative (wasabi mashed potatoes), well above average and very enjoyable. The space is broken up enough to give a sense of privacy and coz
The atmosphere is very charming and the food was incredible. Service was a tad slow but overall a good experience. Would definitely dine here again.
Wonderful restaurant. Our home away from home when visiting Long Island. We have never had a bad experience there. Excellent food and friendly staff mskes it a pleasure.
Great local...nice bar ...wine list good and fairly priced. Great selection of food from salad and apps to a good steak...always good fish..excellent burger...fries are tasty
Has become our go to place for happy hour or dinner at the bar. Ian makes you feel so welcome and like your having drinks with friends. Highly recommend snagging a bar seat.
