Extremely quiet and you can’t find someone to assist you if needed. But other than that the store is really clean and well organized. I love the staircase so much that I had to take pictures. The people working there are very friendly.
Always a great shopping experience. Went searching for a winter jacket. I Have to be prepared for when the real winter- 20 degrees and lower gets here. I found the perfect jacket however my size wasn't available in store.. so I had to order in store for delivery. A friendly and courteous store Associate helped me with my selection and order for shipment. Also got my son Polo and North Face jackets on sale.

went to buy a belt for my bf, was met with the most loving and courteous gentleman by the name of Lino. He provided OUTSTANDING customer service and I would go back every time just to get the service and laughs by Lino. I wished all employees were like him. I didn't get the same service in other (no mentioned departments) People like Lino is what makes a great business flourish ! Thank you!!

The coolest place to go shopping there in New York and my mom used to work at Bloomingdale's in New York and really cool place to go shopping with your family and I would hang out there too and also in the mall there back in New York
Just in the elegant LI Roosevelt Field mall establishment. I Had the pleasure to meet Josephine at the men’s leather/wallets counter.
Josephine is a professional salesperson which I haven’t come across in a very long time in any department store…her knowledge, courteous understanding, warmth and not to mention she also speaks Italian was the perfect experience you all want to feel in a store like Bloomingdale’s . I would definitely go back to shop there and ask for Josephine.
