To me Chick-fil-A is the best fast food chicken sandwich Period hands down! There sweet tea is not bad either😂This is my go to comfort food besides pizza
So I went to chic Filet in Roosevelt field mall on Saturday last with my girls. My server was Briana she was very courteous, professional and warm hearted. She definitely deserves a raise. Her service was quite expedient. I was lucky I was the first in line. I was finally able to take my girls to this fast food restaurant. That was their first time there and they really enjoyed it. All in all it was quite a pleasant experience. The look on their faces said it all. I have been to a few in the city but this was my first time at said location. There is indoor and outdoor seating. You can order to stay or to go. It's located in the food court section of the mall. It is also handicap parking accessible. There's lots of parking. Accessible by bus or car.
I need to call Chick-fil-Anonymous cause im addicted to this franchise. So stoked that they opened up in my local mall a few minutes away from my job its totally worth it each time I went to the hicksville Location. Besides the food being excellent also the absolute awesome effort of the staff and management keep the guest happy and orders quickly finished.
Amazing service. Several workers take your order while you're on line, in a similar fashion to the Chick-fil-A drive-thru experience. Let me tell you this company has the flow down to a science! The food was fresh, hot, and tasty, as always, and the best part is this location, located in the food court inside the Roosevelt Field Mall, has CHEESE sauce you can order for your waffle fries!! So yum! Also ordered chicken strips and a chicken sandwich. Made my day, Chick-fil-A!! ❤️
Since it has opened in New York, I frequently eat here if I’m looking for fast food. The service whether ordering through a drive-thru, or inside the restaurant has always been great. Staff has always been welcoming and accommodating. The food is always delicious and fresh. If you dine in, just order and take a seat. They bring your food to your table. This restaurant also has a play area for children like how some McDonald’s used to have a playplace for kids. Another good aspect is that there is an app you can download. Download the app, order your food, and either pick it up or pick a table inside the restaurant and they’ll bring it to you.
The service is fast and the staff is always friendly. The deluxe chicken sandwich is guaranteed to be amazing every single time. Not to mention the waffle fries. 🤤🤤🤤
I always have the Chick-fil-A sauce which takes it to another level. So good! 😍
I must say even though this location is SUPER busy, they always manage to control the lines to keep it to a bare minimum, and their service WOW never a bad experience when pass there. thank you and ALL of you service workers are doing a great job, Keep it up!

Long line but fast service and great food. The mall food court itself isn't well maintained but they seem understaffed.
