Every time my family and I go to this Burger King we have a great experience, the customer service is on point

I came in last night to grab some food and leave, but my order taker was so nice and friendly I decided to sit and eat. And I'm glad I did. There was a young girl there that got an nasty attitude with one of the managers and the same lady that took my order. I must say she has to be the store manager of something because she didn't even put up with the young girl disrespectfulness. She asked the girl if she came to work to work, the young girl must have rolled her eyes or something because this young lady told her to clock out and go home take a few days off and think about if she wanted to work or not and if she did to come back on Monday and to not be late. Just watching how she handle that employee made me get more food just to sit in the lobby and watch how she runs things. I could tell she's highly respected by the employees and the other manager that was there. The entire atmosphere inside the store changed after she sent that young girl home. 😂😂😂
I didn't get this manager's name, but I think I heard someone call her Pastor Watson or something. But I like how she handled the employee that was being disrespectful to the other manager and her.
She should have been there a few nights ago when the manager and some employees were fussing so bad, nobody was getting orders. I thought it was gonna be a fight that night.
I don’t know what the other reviews are talking about but this location is the best in area. I have no prob waiting a extra 2 mins for hot fresh onion rings or whatever I demand to be fresh and it’s actually FRESH They always go above and beyond to make sure the food is piping hot and fresh . The young guy Rob is so amazing . He runs the store short staffed better than some Burger King locations with full house.
Great Customer Service. One of the only Burger Kings in area to have fresh food when asked. Amazing timing, I usually don’t make it back to work in time after break. Management is very helpful and professional. Wonderful people , wonderful attitudes. Love the environment!! Will be returning…
This is the only Burger King worth getting out of bed and driving a extra 4 miles pass the one on MLK . Food is fresh and prepared neatly and employees are very nice , professional despite being short handed they do a better job than some fully staffed fast food restaurants.
The food at this location is so much better than the one down the street!

Love it! If younare short on cash and looking for something fast, 2 for 6 promotion is the best.
I like burger King fast food in general but the 5 stars here are for the woman working at 10:45pm just about to close on 10-4-2022. She was very nice, very quick and the food was put together well. She deserves to be commended for her efforts and customer service.
I ordered 2 cheese burgers and, they were delicious.
Times are hard for fast food restaurants. However, young man in drive through window has a great attitude, amazing customer service. He made sure I was well waited on, didn’t feel like I was being robbed and sent along. Nice chat, Thanked and wished me a wonderful day, haven’t had that experience in a while from Burger King. Keep it up!
All I got was the oreo shake while in drive thru but went through quickly and the lady was very sweet. The shake was perfect!

This was a pretty decent visit here today. My French Toast sticks were fresh. And my coffee was strong. Just like I like it!
Took a minute to get my food . But it was delicious.
Social distancing in place. I felt at ease dining in because the patrons were well spaced. And the manager was great!!
Suck a pleasant experience. Drive thru is always in and out. Wonderful attitudes from employees. Always an amazing experience when coming here.
