I really appreciate their customer service, the call-center operators are very sweet and helpful. The Sushi itself is decent- not the best I've ever had, good quality, nice variety. Delivery was fast. One gripe is that everything is packed in so much plastic, little soy sauce bottles that come with
The sushi was decent, a bit expensive, but you get quite heavy rolls. However, they smother rolls in their sauces, which counts for the weight, and it's hard to taste the basic elements of rice, seaweed, and seafood past all the sauce. It should be a lot more delicate.
