Wait here long enough in their insane lines and you'll be bound to hear gun shots. Well at least that was my experience. I'm not upset with the employees or company just the situation. But waiting in a line you CAN NOT LEAVE (make sure you have gas) isn't a great experience.

I literally asked sub beans for beef and when I picked up my food I confirmed with the work that there’s no meet in my food and he said there wasn’t and sure enough there was. I called to complain about this and no one answered. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this either.
Most fast food locations have improved dramatically in service..... this one here is still the worst around. I understand mistakes being made. But when the late night shift PURPOSELY doesn't give you what you ordered that's when you need to clean house and let these losers do some other work. I DD f
Every time without fail the wait in the drive through is forever. When I get through I get my food and go home to find that my order is not how I requested it. Always messed up. I ordered a chicken quesadillia no sauce it came with sauce, bean and cheese burrito no onion and of course it had onion.
