Kudos to the Wataburger on Buckingham and Garland Road this morning. I was rushed this morning, didn't eat my eggs, got the kids to school and was nauseated (Pregnancy, morning sickness) driving back home. So I stopped, ordered an egg and cheese toquito and realized once I was trapped in the drive through lane that I didn't have my purse. I told the lady that I needed to cancel once I got up there and she gave me breakfast for free. Thank you, thank you. I ate it in the car on the way home and feel much better now.
I literally come once a week just for Terry in the drive thru. My order is always right, always a pleasant trip. So much kindness really improves a bad day such a beautiful person.
Delicious as always, I love the sausage gravy with biscuits, my kids usually get the breakfast platter, one with sausage and the other with bacon. This time I also tried the honey butter chicken biscuit and it was so good. The butter was dripping off my sandwich so I definitely wasn't shorted at all. Maybe a little much but I'd rather more than less. 😋
Some of our baseball parents decided to meet at Whataburger after a baseball game. The manager there was engaged in our conversation and cheered our boys up with some coupons for our next visit. The restaurant was super clean and they were all very generous. Our order was accurate & was ready in good time. Best fast food service we have had in a while. Thank you to the manager, our cashier Irfan & the rest of the team :)

So everything was good except for the young man working drive thru. He was not attentive, receptive, pleasant, nor did he have any clue what customer service looks like. I still gave them 5 stars because 1 grumpy employee shouldn't represent the entire store. If you don't like your job, go get a different one. Hope your workdays get better.
