Update- 5/11/2022- I have been going back and tried different meals and I must say that I love their burrito and their burrito plate. In my opinion their nachos is the only one that I will not be inclined to order. The staff is amazing, in a more cheerful mood and every visit has been very pleasant ❤️. Another one to cross of my “Want to go” places. I ordered the nachos, they were OK. I know this is a chain and a fast food type of place but I choose Chipotle over Moe’s. The selection of meat and other “add ons” is too limited for me. I had mine with ground beef but overall, I was not impressed. The place was clean, staff was nice (some happier than others) but for now, 3 stars will reflect how I feel.

I love Moe’s rather I go in or I order online. My food is always prepared just how I like it and overall the customer service is great. Only problem I had was today when I made an online order and picked my order up I was missing extra meat. I kindly asked for the meat to be added not really caring how they added and the guy looked at me like I was lying when It clearly said extra steak( and there was none) Thanks the manager was there and he made sure I got what I paid for. I just disliked the response considering I eat there fairly regularly and I could’ve been a grinch about but I wasn’t.

Update! Wow I am so appreciative to be sitting here, enjoying my meal at this moes. They really took the feedback customers provided to heart and have turned this place around!!! My visit today welcomed me with the good ole "Welcome to Moes!!!" welcome, fresh delicious good, great customer service, and a comfortable seating area. Way to go you guys!!!! I may not come to this Moe's often buy when I'm in that area in the future, I'll make sure to stop in!! (Original) Soooo, I have visited this place on 3 occasions: once where an employee tried to argue me down about what was classified as make it a meal, once where I was just in and out, and today where it started off as a bad experience but was turned around due to one individual. Although the individual turned things around it wasn't enough to make me change my mind again about staying to enjoy my meal which I initially intended to do. Also on this visit I had an employee trying to argue me down about portion size. She gave me like 5 droplets of meat claiming it was a full scoop, and I told her that's not one scoop. I'm aware they charge per spoon of key items, as I've worked at moes with a substantial amount of time, even when they added white meat chicken and changed their steak option, and what she gave was not the proper portion for a quesadilla. Honestly not sure I'd give this place a shot again. It's not bad regarding the food or anything, it's the random staff that think they are right, those same ones who lack understanding of customer service, and a bit regarding dining room tidyness. Thank you to the guy who was on chip and queso duty for having such a positive attitude, and understanding of customer service!
