Female employee were VERY rude and unwelcoming. One of them gave me attitude because I mistakenly said medium drink instead of small and apparently that was very difficult to change in the machine. She gave up on ringing us and asked the other lady to finish checking us out. The other lady was rude
On 12/29, I had a mobile order for pickup and waited in the parking lot for 40 minutes for TWO sandwiches! Went in to check on the order and still haven't made my order. 3 women in there working. They have no sense of urgency. I could've worked circles around them and I've worked fast food before.
I love this Subway! It's always very clean and has clean bathrooms! Their meat, cheese, and toppings are always fresh, too! The manager at this location is AWESOME! She is very nice to customers and makes sure that everything is neat and clean!
Employees were very rude. Made me wait til they did a money drop before finishing making my subs as they were getting cold. I walked out without any food and I won't be back to that location.
Food was supposed to be ready/confirmed ready at 11:45 & ended up waiting an hour in my car for two 6” sandwiches. No sense of urgency or care from the two girls working.. I work in the food industry and understand short staffing but this was ridiculous.
