Be patient as they are understaffed. I have only ever used the drive thru at this location and never have received a incorrect order.

When you try to be nice to fix the issues and with the manager but when you try to explain the situation the manager started to get smart with you such unprofessional manager work in the store not welling take care their customers issues i wondering does manager even got any training done profession

How can you tell me all you have is 20 dollar bills after I just seen the lady in front of me give you all kinds of cash. It's magical how after I argued for a minute you had plenty of change for me. Also was out of Lettuce and Pepsi. At least the food I was able to get was okay.

Would love to give a shout out to the Gentleman “Tay” that was working the drive-thru on the evening of 6-25-22. This gentleman was Very Patient & had EXCELLENT customer service!! He was such a delight. Fast Food Establishments Need More Employees Like Him.

I've been trying since Saturday May 21 to get my refund after the drive thru completed my order instead of letting me cancel since they didn't have the items we ordered. I've submitted over 5 requests and I've heard absolutely nothing.

I don't know what transpired before my wife and I arrived, but the store was in need of some cleaning. Only one of the tables in the dining area was free of debris so we sat there. Orders were being made slower than I typically see when eating at Taco Bell.
