This was a really great experience, the price for the kids wasn't bad and we did the complete experience for 2 and we shared the cheese fondue and chocolate fondue with them. They loved being able to cook their own food and watch as it was cooking. The food was delicious, we didn't add any additional seasonings, they had little sauces you could eat with it and some veggies. This would be a GREAT date night idea! The service was fantastic 👏🏽 as well.
We did not know exactly what to expect at The Melting Pot as we had never eaten in one. The food was good and the service was good. The concept was not my favorite but interesting. I think it is worth a try, especially if you like fondue. The deserts were very interesting and good. We would try again now that we are more familiar.
Very nice place great setup for a romantic dinner. Private table for 2 looking over the Gatlinburg strip. HOWEVER!, the seats were quite broken down and I Spent the whole 2 1/2 hours squiggly around trying to find a place in the booth that I wasn't falling through or sitting on one of the boards
We had a wonderful time. They went out of their way to make my birthday dinner special. Kennedy was our waitress and she was amazing. She explained everything so well and was so pleasant and personable. I love the fondue experience but having such a great waitress made the entire evening 5 star!
Amazing food, service was 10/10. Was so happy to celebrate our anniversary there. Would recommend

My first time at the Melting Pot! It wasn’t what I expected but it was a birthday gift to me. The service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing!
1st you are cooking the food in different pots and I enjoy flavor! Don’t choose the vegetable broth if you do too.
2nd I choose the classic alpin wasn’t w enough flavor for me kinda bland.
Lastly the desserts were so good and I choose the Carmel and Chocolate.
The Salad was the best part! I got everything on mine with the ranch!
I guess I didn’t realize I would be cooking and waiting on my meat to finish lol so don’t come too hungry.
Came here for our anniversary. Loved it! Be sure your belly is empty because you will get plenty of delicious food when you're here. It is more upscale without the black tie rule so it could be intimidating to a newcomer. It's still very much worth it. You won't be disappointed.
I booked a table for for our anniversary date night while we were in Gatlinburg. We had an amazing experience ,loved the table decor, Cheese Fondue and Amazing chocolate Fondue. We enjoyed our date night. They really listen whatever you need for. Highly recommended for you next date or enjoy with your amazing friends & Family.
This place is pricey when there are other cheaper options nearby. However, I feel like you are paying the the experience. Each table has high walls so it feels more private and intimate. We ordered the 4 course meal because it seemed like the cheaper option to get the full experience. It was fun to dip an assortment of food into the cheese and chocolate also to cook your entrée to your own perfection. The portions were a good size and we left feeling satisfied.
Very fun, food was great, our server was excellent. Would certainly recommend.
My husband and i celebrated our wedding anniversary. Kennedy was our server, and she was amazing. Friendly, helpful, and professional. Great food and beautiful tables and booths. A+++
We celebrated our 8th anniversary here and had an incredible experience! The service was great, the food was amazing, and they even put rose petals on our table and a special chocolate message with dessert. One of, if not THE, best dining experiences we’ve ever had!!
Wow! The experience was great, very private & quiet. Loved the food and the dish. It was our first time, took my lady for her Birthday.
Our waitress did not know much about the menu tho, so we was not impressed with her lack of knowledge on her part.
Whoever prepared the table did a great job with ALL the rose pedals.
My best friend and I enjoyed our experience. We enjoyed our 4 course meal which left us feeling satisfied. Rachel and Sarah along with the other support staff (who cleaned the table between meals) were very pleasant and made us laugh. Our bill was $168.00 ($25 tip included). We highly recommend The Melting Pot. We are already planning our next vacation and will be making another reservation.
Dinner was absolutely scrumptious!! It was our first time at a Melting Pot and our server, Kennedy, was very kind, patient, and helpful explaining everything about the process. The food and service were top notch and we will definitely come back when we are in the area!!
My husband and I had dinner here for our anniversary, we had a very private booth to ourselves, table was shattered with rose petals, along with a beautiful vase of roses. The waiter was fantastic and helped with champagne and ALL of the food. Everything was absolutely amazing, even so, I decided to get my parents the same for their anniversary and they also really loved it. HIGHLY recommend, I will definitely be going back in the future!
The food was great! Such a unique romantic experience. Only thing was that the parking was $20, which was ridiculous. They don't pay you back for it either. Other than that, it was great! Had an amazing waitress also!
