Friendly staff and tasty southern dishes such as seafood gumbo. This southern comfort dish surely warm us up from the cold evening. Love the outdoor seating over looking onto Main Street.
Hands down the best Shrimp and Lobster pasta I've ever had. Crab legs had a nice kick to them. My only complaint is that the lobster roll was just not it. We will definitely be back next visit into town.
We stopped in to Crawdaddys fairly late in the service after a day of hiking in the Smokies. Needless to say we were both hungry and just about anything would have been good.
We were greeted quickly and service was on point throughout the meal.
The seafood gumbo was my favorite part of the meal by far. It was really good.
The oyster po boy was average at best. The bread overpowered the oysters so it was rather bland after eating such a flavorful bowl of gumbo.
Donna let me try a bite of the burger, and it was surprisingly a very good burger at a casual seafood restaurant.
Overall the food was above average with decent pricing for the location.
The food was very good! Good options for a non-seafood eater too. I had the Wedge Salad and added grilled chicken. It was delicious! Our server was efficient and friendly. The restaurant was clean and felt inviting too.
Good lack back place, I got the shrimp and lobster pasta very good, my husband got shrimp tacos, we also got hush puppies (not the best I’ve had but good) and my 1.5 year old chicken tenders. I also got a red sangria- good pretty sweet. No wait when we went around 4:45/5 it’s upstairs from other stores so I think it’s not super noticeable. Took our stroller and was able to park it on the stage (no live music that day) which was nice! Good place for seafood lovers and plenty of non seafood options too!
If you haven't eaten here, then you better. Best place to eat. The food is great, The atmosphere is great, the staff are top notch, they even have great decor and a wall with all the local and none local attraction brochures and coupons. I suggest sitting on the balcony, as you can enjoy eating outdoors over looking a great view of the sky bridge and more. Fabien was our host, and he was extremely professional and an awesome host as well, he made us feel comfortable, welcomed, and made sure we enjoyed our food and had everything we needed. Not many host ive dealt with, are this perfect and awesome. He deserves a raise.
The only reason I am giving this place four stars is because the oysters were really good. I absolutely love oysters and am picky with them. And was impressed with their raw oysters. As for entrees I got the grilled shrimp brochette and my fiancé got lobster and shrimp roll both were okay. The lobster bisque was not good and neither was the lobster Mac and cheese. Was super sad about sub par food since it did have good reviews lol but I guest tourist reviews are to be taken with a grain of salt since it is a tourist area. 8/10 recommend the oysters. We didn’t drink but our waitress was very nice, just a little slow. There was maybe 6-7 tables and 2-3 waitstaff so not sure what happened there.
Hey Hey everybody! Today lunch was at “Crawdaddy’s in Gatlinburg, Tennessee! The atmosphere was so nice and the service was awesome! I had the lobster and shrimp pasta and it was so good! Too much food for me so I had the rest to go but you get hush puppies and butter a lemon type butter before your food comes to the table and the hush puppies are refill as many times as you want! We made a reservation so just to be on the safe side call and make a reservation!!! You will love eating at this restaurant so I recommend you get your family together and come to “Crawdaddy’s” located in Gatlinburg, Tennessee!!!!!!!
Great place. Great food. The balcony is a fun place. Make sure you go late afternoon where the sun isn’t in your eyes. Oysters are great. The soups are awesome. Pastas are awesome. We have never had to wait too long. I think the stairs intimidates sone folks. It’s worth the climb.
Came for the family gathering. Everyone in the party enjoyed the service, food and get together. The restaurant had plenty of room to accommodate our party of 16. One downer was the photographer coming to our table to solicit us for photos. We were not thrilled. The food was good. Alligator bites and okra was a big hit. I had a shrimp poboy reminded me of Louisiana food. The lobster bisque was not good. It was a good sandwich restaurant for lunch. Wouldn't know how the dinner entrees would be like.
