This place and hospitality was great! We ordered ahead to take back to our room after a long day. There was an issue with the system and the order hadn't been received when we were there. The server was very apologetic and got the order in right away. The manager came out unprompted to apologize and offered a drink while we waited. Top notch, kind people, good drinks and pizza!
We got seated right away. The pizza, wings, wedge salad, and meatball hoagie were all delicious. Sam, our serve was very nice, he was quick, we never ran out of water or sodas, he was on point and very friendly.
We, group of 9, got a table upstairs; our waitress Hannah was very friendly, got us drinks fast, free refill as well; ordered large size great white, veg out, holy shiitake pizzas; all amazing!! We all enjoyed food!
Will visit again!!
Parking was a bit away and costly $20.
Amazing pizza!! The pretzel bites were fantastic too!!! Got my pepperoni pizza well done, which was a huge difference maker!
Good spot in the heart of Gatlinburg to grab a bite of pizza. Even on a busy night they got us in quickly. The service was good! But the pizza was the standout. Delicious.
Best place to introduce my significant other to the world of Mellow Mushroom! The giant mushroom outside is a really hilarious photo op too. Friendly staff and absolutely delicious food, you can’t beat it!!!
Some of the best pizza we've ever had. Cool vibe in the restaurant and our server was excellent. Highly recommend!

I’m not the kind of guy that visits a place a once a leaves a 5 star review, but when you are able to do some research and pick out a place that has proven it’s self as a fan favorite you have a meal like we did.
Staying nearby for a couple nights we picked this place for the upstairs seating, great drinks and some interesting pizza choices.
We loved everything about this place & would recommend to any visitors. Thank you staff 🍹 🍕😋
