Stayed at the River Terrance that the restaurant is attached to, went here because it was closest thing. Glade I went in, Thursday I had an aloha burger and random drinks, even with the bartender multitasking multiple tables she was always checking to make sure everything was good. Food and drinks
The food was delicious Ordered the strawberry milkshake, tatchos, and "Blue Moo", which is a blue cheese burger. Atmosphere was casual and service was friendly. Was away from the business of downtown, so that was nice to relax.

The service was great and so was the food. One of the best options on the menu is the triple double grilled four cheese burger. It feels like a steal getting this much food for $14. Being seated by the water makes for a very relaxing visit as well.
Server was courteous and safe , followed all guidelines . Food was good , and prices about average for the area .
OMG, I've found the best hamburger in Gatlinburg. The fries were fantastic. Service was superb. You couldn't ask for anything better. I'm always on the lookout for a great hamburger. You have to try Drafts burger if you're in Gatlinburg.
Excellent food and service... Service was “Top Notch”. The waitresses was really nice and informative of the menu. Not to mention it was walking distance from our hotel.😁

They lose one star for appetizers out after meals arrived.
Other then fast and friendly service. They are following guidlelines 50% capacity, temp check at the door, all items are throw away.

Had a Great dinner, and got me a strawberry malt to go. And it was Delicious. And it was very Reasonable prices. And the service was outstanding very quick seating, my waitress was Amazing, she was right on top of everything never missed a beat. Amazing young lady. My hats off to her.
The burger was amazing - the meat was juicy, the bacon and bun were good quality! Fries were also so good, and we loved the presentation! Very good service as well. I knocked one star because the bathroom was run-down and dirty. Otherwise, great experience! :)
