I went to this restaurant with a young group of fun loving people and to be honest, it is the only way you want to go. However the food and service were surprisingly good. Minus the insult hats I had a nice time but it's all part of this place,.. Not for children in my opinion.
We had the best waiter in the place. Ryan was awesome after informing us of the concept and, more or less, the levels it was on. It was no holds bar, and we had an awesome time. Ryan kept us laughing and on our toes. My wife had a chicken salad, my son a cheeseburger, my buddy had a sampler platter,
We had a great time! 1st visit and yes you need to have a great sense of humor for this place. We laughed so hard and enjoyed every minute!! Our waitress (I believe she may have been the manager - upstairs & she worked the bar) was AMAZING!!!! We definitely will return!!!
It was hard to rate this place & feel serious about it 😂 you would only understand if you have been here yourself. If youve never been then I do highly recommend but make sure you bring your sense of humor with you when you go! You will certainly need it! Lots of fun!
LOVE THIS PLACE! My family and I frequently visit this restaurant when they come visit and we go out. It's an enjoyable experience even with small children and the food is AMAZING! The service is always great and the laughs are endless. A must see place if you're visiting Gatlinburg and the Smokies.
Be warned! This place is meant to be rude to you. They do it just for entertaining purposes only thou. It was a fun and enjoyable place. I left with a huge smile.
The food was good, but we loved our server! Of course you pay for them to be rude, but he wasn't rude in the way you'd never want to return. He was funny, and very accommodating! I wish I could remember his name. He did show us his beautiful new 4 month old baby girl and her sweet chubby cheeks!

Food is mediocre and it’s a bit pricy, but our waiter Terry was absolutely hilarious and we loved bantering with him! He was extremely helpful and the service was on point
Went on Friday, September 1st. Our server was Emily G. We had shrimp, fried pickles, nashville hot chicken, a burger, and bbq platter. Most of it was pretty good. Only thing lacking was the chicken wings. Emily made it pretty fun and we had lots of laughs. We loved the atmosphere and sarcasm.
April 2023 - our waitress was awesome and a big shout out to Chancy M!! I ordered the pork sandwich with tater tots. The tots were ok but the pork was good. My kids loved their food but laughed too much by what was going on. They kept asking for napkins and straws.

Absolutely loved it! If you can't take sarcasm, don't go. 😂 Our waitress was amazing and my girls had a blast, food was great and the napkin shower the table next to us got was pretty funny!

Great place to eat and grab a drink. Spent four evenings at the bar until closing with my wife and new friends we met there. Our bartender for the last three nights was Alex. She was awesome and kept us laughing and on our toes. She deserves recognition for her hard work, insults and great drinks.
