Andrew Barrett was the funniest and happiest drive thru person I’ve ever spoken to. He made me laugh and was extremely quick. Very kind when greeted at the window. Definitely coming back because of him
After hiking 15+ miles and gaining over 4000 feet of elevation this McDonald’s hit the spot. The new Land Sea and Air sandwich was solid. Sauce was free here, but refills were not. Not sure if this is a norm now, but something I found a little different.
Had a great lunch today! The McDonald’s was busy as usual, the food was fast and fresh! The kids got the Grimace Birthday Shakes, said they are delicious! Heard management giving the crew encouragement during the busy time! Nice work everyone!
The personnel who managed my nervous AND anxiety breakdown were gorgeous about it. I mean, what the hay - bumper-to-bumper Great Smoky Mountain beautiful scenery. Yaa!
The food was done well and tasted as expected.
Very well maintained, friendly staff, advanced counters added, clean and modern dine in, clean rest rooms. Little crowded but still staff served fast, my fries could have cooked longer otherwise everything looks good. I would visit next time sure
it is the only place to eat. there is absolutely no other place in site. they kept the drive thru line moving.

Came around 2pm on Monday the cashier at the drive thru window was awesome quick helpful and made an awesome float...haven't been in years will Definitely be going back every Monday after my appt...good job!

We came in with 6 kids and 4 adults and this place rocked it! From taking our orders to getting it out quickly. Everyone was so friendly even with the super busy atmosphere!
I've used the drive thru here many times and the service is always fast and friendly.
It's a MacDonalds. Smaller portions, higher prices. No more $1 menu. Slightly better priced than BK. Much better priced than Krystal. For quality? Go to Arby's.
