We got there 10 minutes before closing and they're were a few people in the store, the asst manager Darlene welcomed us in and kept fresh pizza on the buffet for us, great hospitality by her and her staff. The food was delicious as well, we were on a short few day vacation from Kentucky. Thank you Darlene for outstanding management and staffing!
One of the best Cici's I've been to. Very clean and had a great selection of pizzas, salad items, and dessert pizzas. Customer service was also great. Staff was very friendly and engaging.
I had never been to a Cici's before and had a great experience! Staff was friendly and helpful. Pizza was fresh and tasted great! I wish I had one back home in New Jersey.
I thought it was very good!! Good pizza selection and a fresh salad!! Right near our hotel which was very convenient!
I always love my visit to cicis I work front desk so it's very close to my office and cheap can't ever go wrong with cicis
Good location with parking in Gatlinburg that's a premium
They need to put a cicis in kenosha wi like now!!!
Great and needed addition to Gatlinburg eating. 5 STARS all around!
One of the few cici's still in business. They make the food here to ensure they stay in business. Best $10 pizza buffet you can get anywhere. If you're on a budget and are hungry for pizza, don't pass this place up!
Quick way to get food in your belly after hiking in the Smokies. Has parking too. Right at entrance to GSMNP. Salad bar with soup and desert.
Not just pizza. Try all the other items. Bread sticks with marinara sauce, no extra charge.
The food is great!! Freshly made, they're not too busy so they're only putting out half of the pizzas out. The salad bar is fresh and fully stocked. Great value for the price!!
Had the $9.99 buffet because they had a parking lot. It wasn’t bad. Chicken soup was great. Salad and pizza bar were well stocked, clean, and fresh. The restaurant wasn’t the cleanest place though.
We took our kids here. They kept restocking the line, and made me a pizza bowl with no crust upon request. They forgot my second one though. They do appear appear to be bilingual in Spanish too. Everyone seemed friendly.
I do have to say that the outside landscaping is so bad that for the first few days on our vacation we thought this location was actually shut down and closed permanently.
A nice find. Great price (Groupon). Clean kitchen and dining area. The salad bar selection is adequate. The white and marinara sauces are tasty. Pizza was always fresh (3pm on a weekday). The dessert pizzas were yummy as well. When we arrived we were told if we didn't see a pizza we liked we could ask for it (on the buffet).
Update for 2022. Just as good as I remember from a few years ago.
Fresh pizza with a pretty long wait. Amicable staff. We got the two single topping pizzas and the cinnamon rolls. These aren’t traditional cinnamon rolls but were served warm and were a hit with my family.
I have been to several Cicis Pizza restaurants. This one has a great location at the far end of Gatlinburg at the foothills of Smoky Mountain National Forest. It's far enough away from the hustle of Gatlinburg that it's not that crowded. I would say that the selection on the buffet is limited, but they will make any pizza with toppings they offer if you ask. It's a buffet so go wild. Plan on spending $25-$30 for 2 people.
Update: visited this location again and the manager is super friendly and stayed open a little later than planned just for my husband and I. It's a great place to eat a late night snack.
Went at 9pm last night and the workers were friendly. Pizza was hot and fresh. I liked the atmosphere. It was next door to our motel, so convenient. We'll definitely go back.
After a tiring day in Smokey mountain this is the best place to eat dinner . The staff is super friendly and the food was just the best . Highly recommended.. and I would love to mention their chef El Jandro . Definitely will be going back whenever I’ll visit gatlinburg again
They don't have the best pizzas, but I like their clean interior and sittings. Employees were cooperative and serve the pizzas we wanted.

Haven’t been to a cicis in years, food was great! They told us if there was any kind of pizza we wanted they’d make it, my mom is vegetarian so we ordered the Alfredo pizza and a vegetable, both were awesome. Overall it was a great experience, would have been better if there was a table that could accommodate our larger group.
I just had literally the best experience I’ve ever had at Cici’s Pizza in my whole life — the food was fresh and tasted good, and the Alfredo sauce was even good, literally better than it sometimes is at Olive Garden. If Cici’s wants to raise quality from its usual 2-3 star to 5, they need to make the store manager from this location their district manager and put her in charge of setting up operations and maintaining quality across all the stores.
I was literally shocked when I tasted the Alfredo — what is at most locations a bland paste with a little flavor was well beyond acceptable for someone who makes gourmet Alfredo sauce from scratch, comically better than half of the Italian restaurants I’ve been to
