We visited with our High School soccer team after a match. The staff were outstanding with the boys and the food was AWESOME! They went out of their way to take care of us.
First time I was ever here.. I loved it.. Fast friendly service.. great food portions.. very tasty food made right in front of you.. the best part for me was they had Dr. Pepper with strawberry. yummy.. I drink it daily and this is the only place I have found it on tap..
Never been to a "Five Guys" before but heard good things about their burgers.
We were a bit surprised at the prices (high) but the quality of the food was so good.
My partner got a double cheese burger, fries and a chocolate shake and OMG they were all the BEST I have ever tasted from anywhere, anytime.
I was going light on the calories and ordered only a veggie sandwich (my mistake, I thought it was a veggie burger...it was just lettuce, tomato, pepper and onion on a bun) and snacked on a few of the peanuts that are complimentary while you wait.
For the burger, the fries, the shake, the veggies - it was $30.
But I would go back here in a minute - the food was amazing.
Very nice staff who made us feel welcomed and appreciated as paying consumers.
The restaurant was very clean, it was nice going to a restaurant where the tables are chairs were actually clean and the restrooms were also very clean.
The food was delicious probably the best burgers in the area.
We will definitely consider coming back in the future.
They even tanked us for coming on our way out the dorr.

Lastly these burgers are the closest to home grilled I've ever had from a restaurant!
The food was great as always! The staff went above and beyond to be accommodating. My husband dropped his wallet and a staff member wiped it off and returned it to us. I then had a fussy and hungry baby and the bathroom water was not hot enough to warm up his bottle… an employee overheard me flustered and offered to get some hot water in a cup for us. We really appreciated it! We may be a hot mess today but the staff at this location was on it!
Great personal service. I make sure to stop here every time we pass through Gaylord.
We have visited many Five Guys but this one stands out for cleanliness, friendly service, and fries tasted fresh (clean oil).
The restrooms were clean and well heated for a winter stop.
Burgers were top of their game for taste! Great Gaylord Bite to Eat!

Great place for a hamburger. You can get what you want on it. Always a lot of French fries. The employees were very nice. It was warm inside. Hate going in from the cold and still being cold. Here I was comfortable. Love you can get ketchup and vinager for my French fries. Highy recommend

Incredible!! By far one of the best burgers I've ever had! When it comes to fast food, usually you think that the quicker it was made, the cheaper it's going to be made. (At least that's how it is for me) So while I was happy that I saw the line moving quickly, I was a bit hesitant when I got closer save saw the prices for the food. But by the amount of people I saw there, and the line that had quickly formed behind me, I knew these were no ordinary burgers. I literally couldn't put it down, I ate the whole thing in about 90 seconds flat, 10/10. The fries stayed nice and warm to enjoy after the burger, definitely a 9/10 on the fries. I'm from the Saginaw area, and this place is not far from Petoskey. I would totally go on a road trip just to come visit this 5 Guys again.
It's a little pricier than typical fast food but you won't find better quality in a who-knew-a-burger-&-fries-could-taste-THIS-good kinda way! And you won't get better service than this friendly, attentive staff delivers EVERY time, in a fun, cheerful atmosphere. We'll keep coming back!
Delicious food! We was in town and placed a online pickup order. Food was so hot and made fresh! Staff was excellent and moved to get you in & out. The portions are huge so be prepared! We usually get the little burgers and regular frys. Which are really "Huge" Burgers & Supersize frys to us! Frys are freshcut and delicious! Headups if you order online... It only shows bottled water & shakes however they do sell pop inside. Coca Cola Freestyle machine!
I was working as a vendor at Alpenfest in Gaylord, MI and was thrilled to see a Five Guys! Since a tornado ripped through this community just a month ago, I was not sure what would be open for food so I wouldn't have to eat festival food. I was delighted to walk in and find fast, friendly employees and a clean and well stocked dining area. This all provided even though the restaurant took a hit and lost their entire entry way.
The prices were higher than I expected, $11 for a 2 patty bacon cheese burger, but worth every juicy, fresh made bite!
We were there Sunday July 9th about 1230 & I have to say the staff you had that day was great. They were smiling & joking with each other while being very efficient. They were getting the orders out very fast.
Follow me, Your on the road working away from home and you just want a home cooked meal to brighten up the work adventure. Stop at this 5 guys where the burgers are sooo good it makes you forget for just 10minites that traveling for work just sometimes ain't that bad!!
