Review Dairy Queen - George West

As soon as you walked in all you could smell was oil. The lady taking our order did not have an ounce of friendliness to offer. The food arrived in a timely manner a d the lady delivering the meals was the 1st friendly face that we had seen. As we ate we ascertained that the steak fingers were cooked in old oil. When my husband went to ask for a spoon, 3 employees ignored him. He had to call out to them so they would pay attention to him. Not stopping here again.

Service was very SLOW, our food took awhile for to get it. When we ordered food it took over 20 mins. We we waited in line for 20 mins to order our ice cream items. Then had to wait 15 more mins to get them made. Never again!

Great customer service and I had the chicken fingers basket. This Diary Queen has the best 🍟 fries.

It took a very looooooong while to get my 1 medium ice cream cone - yet I understand even The DQ zis getting hard hit with staff shortages & high demand for their goodies. A little patience & you will get to enjoy your favorite DQ Treat! Keep up the good👍 work guys

Extremely long wait. We were told that a school order came in and out order wouldn't be close to be done until well over 30 minutes later. On a regular day they tend to be out of tea pretty often. The staff is always very busy and food tends to take a while to be done. I believe it's truly short of staff.

I waited at this damn Dairy Queen for my two blizzards for 20 minutes. They told us to park on the backside of the building and they’d bring it out to us, but they did not. I went in twice to see if it had been made, both times they said they were still making it?! The wait was ridiculous, never coming here ever again!

20 min before closing, we waited in line for 15 min without even moving an inch. Then we decided to call to place an order in advance and they never answered.

Horrible service, & horrible bathrooms. Management must have changed. I get to the counter to order and the lady is just looking at me to order with an attitude. I should've just left that minute. I give her my card and when she gives it back to me to sign she slams it on the counter. While I'm signing she is talking to her manager about issues she should know and people not showing up to work. I'm sure that can wait until after the customer has left. The food was ok, not up to Dairy Queen standards that I've had at other locations. Definitely not clean either.

Been living here in GW for 2 yrs and I visited DQ for the first time and it was awful...biscuits were hard, eggs were over cooked, bacon super crispy (burnt) and sausage were burnt also...idk if was reheated but never again will I go for breakfast there again.

Nice employees food was on time and clean place awesome

Sat with Girl Scout troop for an hour before they decided they lost our order, don't know how the food is cause we never got it

Please clean your bathroom- please, like at least attempt to clean it.

Great place to eat .
