Review Burger King - George West

Would like to say staff was very nice. Look to be short staffed a 4:50 in the afternoon. Some repairs needed to be made and the trash removed. Sweet tea was out and young lady said they would make more in a while. 25 mins later no sweet tea. Another customer asked about sweet tea the young man said they were to busy to make any more. Something was burning in kitchen smoke was thick in the kitchen area.

Reasonable prices decent food and the service was friendly. Clean place and enjoyable atmosphere

Worst experience ever. Don't trust that they know the difference between a n impossible whopper and a regular whopper. The wrapper said impossible burger but my daughter was disappointed to see a beef patty.

The lady here taking our order was great. Their milkshake machine was broken and she went out of her way to make sure I still got my milkshake. And she told us about the deals and made sure we didn't pay more than we had to. Great service! The only reason for the 4 stars is the place is a little run down.

I hadn't been to Burger King in a long time and thought a change would be nice. But I was sorely disappointed. The value meal was extremely small, I wanted a shake but their ice cream machine wasn't working. When we got our double cheeseburgers there was no cheese so we turned them back in. The people were very nice, which is why I gave it 2 stars. However the dining area was not that clean nor were the bathrooms. I never plan on going back to this Burger King at least.

Horrible experience. No A.C.. took them 30 minutes to get our order out. Because one lady was working while the others were standing at the door talking and eating with another lady. We also stood at the register for a good 15 minutes before someone came up to the register to take our order. If we hadn't been in the car for almost 6 hours we would have left and went somewhere else.

I rarely go to Burger King but it was the closest place to us on our way back from San Antonio. Food was cold and the taste was sub par. I'm sure other burger Kings are not as bad as this one, just know what to expect when you visit this particular one.

Wish I could give less than one star . The experience was the worst we have ever had at a „fast“ food place. It was anything but fast! We ordered a cup of ice, 2 hot coffees and one French fry. How hard is that? We were in the drive through at least 20 minutes and only one other car in the drive through and one customer in the building with at least 5 people working inside. We left with our French fries because after 20 minutes they still could not produce a cup of coffee!!!! So incompetent and subpar service. Ridiculous Burger King!
