Everything was outstanding. The woman who worked there was so kind to us. The food was hot, served very quickly, and extremely delicious. I had the jerk chicken, collard greens (highly recommend), and probably the best potato salad I've ever eaten. Very reasonably priced. I would 100% come back.
Eve's is what I call local food and service you DO write home about. I'll say, back home, there's no establishments like her restaurant. Loved the place so much we couldn't stop talking and thinking about it after the first visit. We came back a 2nd time the same week before I had to fly back home.
This is one of those hole-in-the-wall places that's easy to miss, because it doesn't look like much, but you're so happy when you discover it. Food is excellent - we had the goat curry and the jerk chicken, and both were great. Give it a try - you'll be glad you did!
The turkey was delicious! Cooked just right! Mac and cheese And the yams Delicious!! My girl Is ordered the curry goat. I have never tried goat. It also was great! I will definitely be going back!
Go out of your way to get here! Right on 17 and every bite was spectacular and amazing well balanced flavors. Only thing better was Eve and her team.

If you are in Georgetown, do not miss this place! Absolutely delicious food. Have never had anything bad but the oxtails and escovitch fish are amazing. Friendly service. No frills but comfortable atmosphere. We love this place.

Caribbean/West Indian meets Gullah Geechee dining experience! It's one of Georgetown, SC hidden gems. The food is well-seasoned and flavorful. If you dine in or carry out make sure to peek at the wall art.
Oxtails we're good, sweet potatoes just like I like them! Husband was not impressed with the chicken....overly dry. I would visit again! Generous portions and fast service!
A hole in the wall treasure and the food is the real deal. Eve is cooking and serving it all for you too and was super kind. I had the jerk chicken, rice and beans, and yams which were all delicious. Her homemade hot sauce was tasty and SPICY!
Love eating here when I visit. Eve is cordial and her food is great. I have brought multiple people from the mill there and they have all enjoyed it.

Omg! This Jerk Chicken is amazing and so is my whole tray. Can't wait to come back to get more! Kitchen looked very clean as well! You can tell they care all around!
