It’s been a long time since I’ve been blown away by any restaurant. But this place was definitely worth me taking my time to get if of I35. Its a scratch kitchen and all items are made fresh. I had the awesome shrimp quesadilla as a starter and my main meal was the blacked trout and one again it’s was awesome. Thank you Wendy your service was top notch!
Love Blue Corn Harvest, I took my picky girlfriend and Mom here on our last visit to Georgetown and they loved every bit of it. Started with the New Mexico Pork Verde my lovely girlfriend had the Cotija Pasta and my Mom had the Tinga Relleno. I personally had the Ground Beef Enchiladas with the Guajillo Cream Sauce substitute the rice for veggies and my plate was very clean b4 I left to say the least. We took my dad home some 512 Pork Enchiladas and their Cornbread Muffins are always on point. Of course my Mom had to try the blue corn tortilla soup and it was amazing. They just opened their patio in the back the wood is waiting to be finished but I can see many tequila or texas wine dinners going down out there. Such an amazing place we will be back to this location and our home location off 1431!!!
My husband and I sat out on the patio on Friday night. It was very, very nice. The food was wonderfully delicious and fresh. They do a nice spin on traditional & simple type dishes with a southwestern flair. My husband had the fish tacos and they were excellent, and I had the crispy salmon plate. I would order this again and again. It was wonderful! This is our second visit and on the first visit I had the Organic Roasted Beet Salad. It was also very, very good. I'd order it again. We shared the Flash Fried Oyster Shooters. It was perfectly sized for two to share and the oysters were perfectly cooked. The service was excellent too! Love this place already!
25 minute wait on a Friday night. Not bad. Excellent menu. We waited only 12 minutes for our dinner after ordering. I had the stuffed poblano and my wife had the beet salad and my son had the crab meat stuffed chicken breast. Muffins were fresh, sweet and warm. All of our dishes were very tasty. We will definitely be back. Very satisfied!
Our meal was one of the best meals I've had in Georgetown! Great food and service is a rare combo, and we had both last night.
Great food with a lot of flavor. Attentive staff. Highly recommended. Would give more stars if I could.

Party of 5 adults on a 4 top with a chair stuck on the end- we could have used a tad bit bigger table - seated 20 minutes after our reservation ... BUT the service and food were outstanding hence the 5 stars.
Excellent food, excellent service and excellent atmosphere. The live music on the patio is definitely an added bonus.

Last night was our first time at Blue Corn Harvest. We were there with a party of 15 to hear the wonderful Evelyn Billington. Our service was excellent and the food even better. The restaurant was quite busy yet our server and all of the other employees remained pleasant and cordial. We thoroughly enjoyed the live music. We will definitely be returning.
Absolutely the best SW cuisine! I come here often, working my way through one entree after another and I’ve always been impressed with food, staff, service, and wait time.
The food was superior!! Our server~ Amber was knowledgeable, offered suggestions when we asked and smiled the whole time! Start to finish a class act! We will definitely be back!!

Really enjoyed this place! Food was really good, service great, and atmosphere very nice . I had the crab stuff chicken with mash potatoes and mixed veggies. Really tasty! We will definitely drive the 30 miles to go back again!

We arrived for the first time on a Saturday night and there was an hour 20 min wait time, we walked over to mesquite creek and grabbed a couple drinks and within 45 minutes our table was ready. Our waitress was wonderful, we were first timers and she answered all our questions even though it was busy.
We stuck with 2 appetizers to share as a meal together and it was delicious. We can’t wait to go back!
