Great meal even better service the kitchen was slow however Christina was amazing at checking in on us. The nachos could have been better more beans and cheese for the beef fajita. Other than that the sampler was great.

The food here was delicious. The server was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The margaritas we ordered were amazing! The only reason that they did not receive 5 stars is because I feel they should be keeping up with cleaning items and debris from the floor and keeping tables bussed and clean. There was enough staff on hand that someone could have been spot cleaning as needed.

This review is almost painful to write. Casa Ole is a little piece of my hometown and I have given it multiple chances before posting. I LOVE Casa Ole food and have found it somewhat consistent across the board until now. My first few experiences at this location were ok, but that was a while back. Fast forward to the recent years and especially months. Each visit getting more dismal than the last. Most recently, last month, we went in on a weeknight around 6:00 pm. It took us over 20 minutes to get a table - not because there were no tables or there was a wait list. The hostess was sitting at the bar talking to the bartender. No one came to the waiting area at all. I finally went over and told her there were now 4 families waiting. Food took 35 minutes to get to our table and when we tried to check out, again no help. When I asked again (the hostess) to help us take care of our bill she replied with "I will when I get to it, I am busy right now." Hmmm. Anyway, last night, we decided to give the place one last shot. Big Mistake. BIG. HUGE. Same scenario different day. We arrived at 6:52, were ignored until 7:10 (when the only waitress working came up to seat us in her section) NO salsa made, waited a while for our waters, and received 1/2 basket of chips. Ordered enchiladas and they were so tough and chewy, I needed a knife to cut them. A knife for enchiladas! Come on....Asked for a refill on chips and got those after we finished our meal. With all this said, I need to add that there were only 3 tables that had patrons eating. The rest were either empty or dirty. Floors were disgusting too. I understand that employment has been a struggle, but this was just pathetic. I feel for the poor waitress who seemed to be doing everything. Wishing she could've gotten some help from the hostess hanging out in the bar ignoring all the customers.

Greeted as if they were happy to see me! Server was at my table within 15 seconds of me sitting down. Green sauce excellent! I had chili relleno with sauce on the side. It was excellent both ways! Green sauce excellent! Michael J. R did a fantastic job and paid attention to little details even like lemon for my tea? A wonderful lunch thank you casa ole! Oh and tea tasted fresh!!!!

Good food, good price. The green sauce is a different change of pace. Good place to grab some drinks too. Great happy hour and regular priced drinks. $2 house margaritas daily. Staff is super friendly. I love the spinach enchiladas. I always add the shrimp and mushrooms for just a couple dollars more. Friendly staff.clean restaurant. Can accommodate large groups.

Amazing food!! Had such a good time. Great waiter and food. For appetizer went with the steak nachos. For entre I had their delicious fried avocado, also some enchilada and stake plate. Would really recommend this restaurant I'll definitely be back to try their tilapia plate next.

This place is disgusting and a complete scam. The fajita meat is slimy and tasteless and the portion is disgraceful. The tortillas are very obviously just bagged Mission tortillas heated up. They charge 9 bucks for just a half pint of bland queso - Any other Mexican restaurant charges that much for a pint. There is nothing authentic about this place don't let there recent fake reviews fool you, its a scam.

Good waitress,who worked hard. Food was average at best. They charged us two 16 beers when the were 8 oz. That's what they consider a 16 oz per the waitress...bs. will not be back.

Went to Casa Ole tonight. My food was cold (frozen in the middle) and I let the server know. She brought me a replacement and it was cold as well, just like the first. This took such a long time that my wife and children were already finished eating. The server apologized and was very friendly, but it would have been nice if the manager would have come by and talked to me about the situation. The manager did take my meal off the bill, which I would expect, since I didn't get to eat any of it! They did not offer any other compensation or give me another meal option (to eat there or to go) instead after the 2nd cold meal they brought me, so I had no dinner while my family ate their meals. Poor customer service on the manager's part and no resolution of the problem I made them aware of. I will not go back or recommend Casa Ole Georgetown to anyone. Very disappointed!

Not busy and our waitress was behind. I know this because the hostess and another employee were talking about it. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Service is poor and the food was okay, taco cabana is where we should have gone.

I have been to casa ole and really enjoyed it......that being said this time was just exhausting. Right when we got there there was a female manager that acted like we were a bother to her....she was short and rude. We got seated and the waitress was very sweet. But it took a hour to get our food. The male manager was great and compted our meal. But when you leave more tired then when you showed up to me says some thing. The food was good though....�

Food was pretty good. I’d give it a 4. The restaurant wasn’t crowded at the time we went for lunch but seemed understaffed. It seemed like there was one waitress on duty who had to do everything plus a hostess who would keep people (including us) waiting till she’d seat them/us. Our waitress worked hard and we tipped her accordingly.

I was very dissapointed with my visit last night. We waited 20 minutes before we were even greeted by a hostess. The location was understaffed or didn't have a manager on duty to make sure things were running smoothly. Once we were seated we did not have a waitress come over to take a drink order for 10 minutes. When we finally had our order taken our food took 45 minutes to come out and it was cold. One person ordered fajitas and didn't get tortillas. Asked for them and was told it will be awhile because there is a backup in the kitchen and there are other orders before us. Everyone else at our table was done eating by time we received the tortillas so the fajitas were cold too. Overall this disaster dinner took 2 hours.

The green sauce is why I keep coming back. Service very slow, my food was cold but the 3 other people with me had piping hot fajitas (I had chimichonga)... never got a refill of water, and had to ask 3 times for green sauce in the beginning

The food was horrible. Tasted like the meat was previously frozen and just reheated. Service was extremely slow. If your going for the drinks then you will be ok but i would pass on the food.

Floors were very sticky, slow service, food tasted like the frier grease was VERY old and tasted HORRIBLE, tea tasted like dirty dish water. Ground beef tasted horrible. This was my first time eating there and I probably wouldn't go back. -Georgetown TX

Y'all sure have gone down hill worse then where you were a year ago. I came here on National Margarita day, Waited for my nargarite for 20 minutes!!!!!! Then it comes without salt or sugar on it and tha bar tendor acts stupid when I mentioned it to him. Then it would be really nice to have silver ware with my dinner!!!! Done trying to come back and expecting it to be better. Smh!!! Y'all just need to give up, close your doors and let a real restaurant move in. Looks like its Dos Salas from here on out.
