Customer service was absolutely horrible.
Was it half price off Sunday? Because I got a half size burrito.
I also ordered 3 tacos and I can’t put cheese, guacamole, or anything on them??? Since when? I always have been able too.

I’ve gotten good food here before which is the only reason I’m giving them 3 stars. But are you joking? I just paid $12.50 for this “keto bowl” and it’s half full. Not too mention it’s slathered with guacamole that was already brown when I opened the container. Not impressed.
UPDATE: I figured I would give this place another chance and wow, unbelievably terrible service! Showed up at 12:30 for my pickup and waited until 12:48. There went my lunch break! I watched 20+ people walk in, order, and leave. Fix this terrible place or close it!!! Absolutely livid.

Bathroom was dirty. Older lady working hot line and manager with piercings that was working the cold line both were rude. Portions were small and i was charged for extra sides because i wanted extra rice on my bowls

Terrible customer service. I went on three separate occasions ordering thru the app, and every time I walk in to get my order it wasn’t ready. Cashier always looks stressed and not happy to be there. Waited over 15 minutes after the time it was indicated it was ready. A girl was there for a job interview and one of the employees thought she was there to pick up an order. Not really worth the hassle of ordering in advance since you’ll be waiting for your food anyway. Must do better!

I have been to this place a few times. Sometimes they have a line- yesterday they didn't but they were scrambling I think. I went to the restroom and it was a hot mess. Like, puddles, trash, ect. Maybe they were short staffed or a pipe was leaking though, I can't say if it's normally like that. The people prepping and serving the food were really nice! My biggest issue was that I got these weird chunks of cheese? Like shredded cheese that had melted and resolidified? But it didn't melt in the bowl, I saw the chunks go in that way. Idk it just put me off. I picked them out and everything tasted fine. Lastly, I got a lemondade and when I went to fill my cup, there was no ice. I told the cashier and she said she couldn't help me right now. So long story short, middle of the road experience. In case it was a bad day, I will go back and see if they're on their game then.

Figured the cashier Julia was just having a bad day, but returned again today and she was the same. Chipotle you need to put her in the back and get someone with a good attitude to greet and serve your customers. Julia is costing you business!

Small portions, feels like they're skimping on the protein and cutting back on sizes. They are not accurate when you order online, and when you go to pick up your order, they have the pick up shelf moved behind the cashier?! What's the point of that?? If you eat here, eat in and make sure they make your product correctly.
