02/11/2022 Tonight these young men provided the best customer service experience imaginable, for such young men. My cousin and his lady came from Chicago. They were hungry, needed to use the restroom, and the lobby was closed. These young men allowed us to eat and take a load off our feet. I had not seen my cousin in a long time and this was great. Thank you all for an amazing customer service experience.
New reviews 12/30/21: Two of my children and I were at this location and got the best service from Saral . She displayed what it means to give excellent customer service. She is a blessing to this location. I have food allergies and she made sure my food was prepared properly. Love it! ❤
Old review: I like this location, but I will not go for breakfast anymore. My biscuits were burnt and my order was incorrect, including having my order remade twice. Lunch is nice, the people are nice, the food is fresh and fast.

Today I decided to go to my favorite BK located in Georgetown, I absolutely love their service and their friendly manager. The food is always hot and I am always greeted by friendly staff who always gets my order right. Thank you so much for always making me want to come back to this location. You all are very much appreciated especially working through this pandemic and keeping everything clean.

Can't even put BBQ sauce in an order. In the 20+ years I've been going to this location I've had ONE order correct.
Shut down already, even McDonald's isn't that bad. Not to mention the onion rings were like rocks.

Stopped by burger king Georgetown, Tx for a quick lunch, went through drive thru and asked about the special. I couldn't hear or understand worker, so I asked politely if he minded repeating himself and he rudely told me can't I read, just read the signage and cut me off . I decided to go inside to order and speak to manager about it. I asked for the manager and the person whom I asked was the manager and the person that spoke so rudely to me in the drive thru, he didn't apologize he continued to be rude in which then my husband told him not to speak to me in that manner and asked him if he was rude to everyone or just his wife. The manager said what are you going to do about to my husband in which infuriated him and I , he told my husband to come on motioning him with his hands asvif he wanted to fight my husband. A manager should take pride in his work and not take it out on customers if he's having a bad day. Maybe retraining or maybe replacement in this case.!!!!!!! Will never go to this location again and this will be shared socially for all to be warned of this location!!!!!!!!

Nice BK restaurant on the inside but I couldn't get the app to work for redeeming a "2 Whopper meals for $7.99" offer that I could easily pick up at the drive thru so I deducted one star. Having just moved from Austin to Georgetown I never had that problem with the app at the North Lamar BK location. But I am just so thankful that I can now walk into a restaurant without having to fend off panhandlers and dodge other undesirables like I had to in Austin.

First time here and I was very impressed. The inside was immaculate and well designed. I received very friendly service and even got to speak to the Manager. The food was fresh and quick. Thanks for a great lunch.

Will NEVER go there again! Incompetent and rude! Used BK App to order, said just take a seat when I arrive and they'd call my order when ready at scheduled time. Also added a T-Mobile Tuesday special of free Whopper to order.
I waited and some male employee finally calls me up and asked if I'd ordered. Told him I used app. He started to lecture me how I had to check in when I arrived. I told him App didn't say that. He told me he didn't have order, he brought up screen and I pointed to my order. He said he'd get it started. I barely sat down again when he 'waived' me up.
Got order, but was missing T-Mobile special of Whopper. Went back to counter and tried to explain and show him what happened. He just shrugged his shoulders, said he never got that and walked away.
I threw entire order away and left!!
Will never go back!

I would call the store and complain but I didn't get a receipt. They told us to go to the first window. Walked away with my debit card so I couldn't see them ring up my order. Came back to the first window with my card, food, and 1 drink. No receipt. Then brought our other drink. Still no receipt. We had asked if the bacon Swiss sourdough had onions on it and was told no. So we order that. By the time I got to eating my sandwich we were already on the freeway about 15 min north. My sandwich has onions on it. Then I realize it's because it's not the bacon swiss. It was already clear the girl taking our order wasn't interested in her job. I won't be stopping there again.

This is a fabulous place to bring little ones when the weather doesn't allow you to go to a park. They have a very clean and quite large indoor playscape that makes the afternoon go quickly and the energy gets worked out of the little ones!!

I used to come here for breakfast every day before work. Then my visits became less frequent but still roughly once a week with the whole family. I've had some sad customer service before at fast-food places but NEVER this bad. The 'manager', Janne, had a terrible attitude and WOULD NOT stop insulting me WHILE I was still in the store. Assuming that I'm 'white' (mostly Native American) she went on about me and called me 'crazy/loca,' Really? Even 3rd grade Spanish students know that! But ok. What was this whole thing over? I was upset that the applesauce is a SUBSTITUTE for a toy! What? On what planet? No. It CLEARLY showed on the menu board that Applesauce or Fries are an option under "sides". She complained that its the point of sale and it makes them do that with the PB Jamwhich meals. Fix the machine? Fix the menu boards that show incorrect pricing? Quit making customers mad and maybe quit talking about them in Spanish when you "assume" they dont know what you're saying? I used to like the food and supporting a local franchisee. Now I will go where my concerns are handled decently and I'm not treated as an inconvenience or "loca". Sadly out of 2 managers on duty, neither could apologize.

The food is always good, but sometimes the cashier doesn't seem happy to be there, no smile. One time the air conditioning was out and it was very uncomfortable in the Restaurant and the kids play area was hot too...
