We order ahead to get it in time. We understand getting to the store and having a small wait time but it is every single time we go, at least a 20 minutes wait time. On top of that, the order is ALWAYS missing something that we leaving in the special request section. Every Time! I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but it happens every time! They need more staff and to read labels!

This is the second time I have been to this one on university. Had a pick up. It took 21 minutes to make one sandwich, there were 4 employees and only 2 customers. They had to restock there chicken. And only had wheat and Italian cheese bread. 3 separated workers asked me for my order, first the older Grey haired lady,then one of the younger men that disappeared to the back,then an older women ,who had to call for help for the one customer. Seriously, then I asked again and the older women walked over picked up my order off a counter behind her. It had been sitting there.

$50 for three foot longs! No extra meats! They skimped me on my meat as a matter of fact! Ask for extra pickles didn’t get them! Didn’t even cut my sandwiches. Honestly I’m so done with subway they’re wayyyy over priced! Do better!

Very clean and friendly service. The young man took out order and helped a new employee without so much as a frown. This is the best Subway in Georgetown!

Considering I chose to go to Subway in the first place, I guess that means one star for me in addition to this establishment.
I walked in the door, coupon in hand, and ordered two, six-inch subs. The two guys behind the counter were incompetent to say the least as, when paying for the sandwiches, I handed him the coupon (for the second sub to be 50% off, expiring in July) and he “scans” it, immediately rips it up, and throws the pieces in the garbage. No surprise, the computer did not catch the barcode the first time and someone had to go digging in the trash. Not me. The coupon was beyond destroyed and the tall, linky-dink employee had to enter it manually. He kept repeating the total to me, $16, $22, etc. I understand I have blonde hair but that does not mean I am dumb enough to pay that exorbitant amount for two, 6-inch turkey subs, no extra meat, cheese, chips, or cookies. I was losing my patience, and the “manually entered coupon” ended up taking off, not 50%, but, you guessed it, 50 cents. I gave up, paid the new total of $12, and ate the poor quality sandwich that granted me with cheap turkey, provolone, wilted lettuce, and unripe tomatoes. I can wait to come here again.

The food was great. Just scored low on atmosphere as the sandwich crafter announced we arent taking cash, card only as soon as we walked in which was not a great greeting as well as the bathrooms were unkempt and the men's was broken.

Very disappointing. Ordered online to pick up and go. Say outside for ten minutes to find out they hadn't made the sandwich yet because they didn't have the bread I requested. Hello, a call would've made this a whole lot better. I understand running out of a poplar item. But call me to find out how to fix it. Don't wait on me to get there and wait ten min to find out then come ask. W.T.H. it's my lunch break people!!!

Worst service ever! Cold food takes 20 minutes over what the website says asked to remake sub because they left it open for over 15 minutes and they just said NO pfff would not be back
