I just went to this MacDonald s on Williams Dr, in Georgetown tx, and as usual they mess up my order. This time I only got half of what I ordered, I tried calling them but phones are bussy / disconnected and I'm wondering if its because the number of people calling in about mess up orders. I personally don't recommend going through the drive thru at all if you do don't forget to check your order, if you don't you will regret it. 80 % of the time that I come by my order is missing something.

I would try to avoid as much as possible although sometimes you just don't have a choice.

Always a great place for a quick breakfast. My fav is always the Egg Mcmuffin. One thing that's never changed over the years and is perfect the way it is. I'm loving the inclusion of pastries, especially Apple fritters. Service was quick and the window servers were nice and smiling. Great way to start the day...

Horrible! Half our order was missing. A piece of a hamburger patty was hanging outside the box. They had no cups for drinks, but gladly charged us for them. We were disgusted and demanded our money back. Almost every time we go to this particular McDonald's there is always something wrong with the order. We went to Whataburger instead and will continue to do so.
Wish there was a option for negative stars in the rating.

This McDonald’s is the worst! Every time I went there they got the order wrong. They can’t even take a order right. Last time they spilled the hot coffee on my hand. I do not go to this McDonald’s. The one on Austin ave in Georgetown has always gotten my order right. Stay away from this McDonald’s. A lot of bad reviews and the owner does not want to make it right!

Went there today at 9:25pm. I asked why all the lights were out and it looked like they were closed and he said we’re closing soon. I said that’s dangerous it’s extremely dark out here. The employees are trying to avoid getting customers to come at night. It’s extremely dangerous driving up there so dark

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! The fries were terrible. The fries were cold and hard. The sandwiches weren't much better as they didn't get our order right. I'm crossing this location off my list of places to eat!

After waiting 10 mins in the drive through. I get to the window and they could not find my order. So I have to give them my receipt. Then pull to the side were I have to wait another 10mins for my food.
