Went by and ordered my meal and it came out fast and easy. I get back to work to eat and realize they shorted me some food. I’m on a 30 so no time to go back. I call the store, I’m on hold forever. Finally a manager answers and says I can come pick up the wings I’m missing. I inform him I’m on lunch and don’t wanna go back for 3 wings. And let all my other food get cold. So now I can go by and 3 free wings in the next 2 weeks. Very inconvenient. If I’m gonna have to go back just to get what I got the first time at least give me a free meal for messing it up. It’s like my time and inconvenience means nothings

Food was delivered as ordered and nice and hot! A little wait time when I got there but they were busy. Handled the line and customers they had quickly and efficiently.

Zaxby's chicken is the bomb, fresh crispy tender white meat and none of that loose soggy greasy breading you get in other places. I only have one problem with them and thats why the 4 stars instead of 5, its thier fries... not going to sugar coat it they suck, they are kinda tough and bland... they kinda taste like Walmart brand freezer fries.

I live 3 minutes away from it.. walked in placed order they were not busy placed order few items. I went home 1 item missing called them employee tell's me i have to wait for the manager who's not there then he puts me on hold , then he acts he can't hear me. Hanged up the line
So missing item and super cold food . There is no way if the food have been made fresh within 3 or 5 minutes would get this cold in this hot weather
Just waste money in this restaurant for nothing

There is always a long wait for your food and 9 times out of 10 you have to pull into a numbered space to wait on your food. Sometimes it's not fresh. I'm not liking that but the food is decent.

It's usually pretty decent here.
Most of the time unless you're really lucky you get chicken you can tell has been sitting out awhile.
And other times they can't follow instructions. I asked for no ice. I got a whole lot of ice.

The Cobb salad was so good. Fresh veggies, eggs, bacon, and fried onions. I chose grilled chicken and ranch. I also had the signature spicy club sandwich. It was okay needs a little more spice to it.
