For some unknown reason the toppings were covered in cheese. So they were nasty and soggy. If I wanted Chicago style pizza I would have asked for it. But at least the dogs enjoyed it.
The lady was amazing at the register because I had my lit granddaughter and hand full and she ask me if she could help me too car. She was awesome. It's exactly what I needed. At that point I had been driving to find ur store. God bless this sweet lady. Oh yeah not too mention the large stuffed cur
So my girlfriend a basic order on line and the expected time to deliver was between 74 and 84 minutes 😲. Are you kidding me🙄, we live 3 miles away. I could make a home made pizza including making the crust in that amount of time...rediculous
Ordered the pepporoni pizza with extra sauce. It had no extra sauce and was very dry! Might as well ate the box that it come in!! I will be ordering from someone else next time!
August 2019-last order for delivery, raising the star rating, wings and pizza were solid and delivery was on time and the driver was friendly
Sometimes it's a 10 and others it's below average.... Normally delivery is on time, have to watch the pricing as they'll tack on various charges... Coin toss
Papa John's is the worst! Not only was my pizza cold, but it wasn't even cut! They make you pay for extra sauce which is fine, but they don't give it to you! Every single time I order from them, something is wrong! I'm done, do not waste your 40 dollars! This place is the worst!
For those of you who complain about the wait time, saying the website told me it would be ready at such, and such time, or the website told me it's ready. They can't help that the while Georgetown of ky calls and places an order all at once. Maybe you should call the store, and ask what the real pic
