Update: went back this morning and the manager was MORE than diligent. Most importantly he LISTENED. He listened, he apologized and he FIXED the situation. Definitely went above and beyond and even replaced the one item that was not missing or incorrect. Went from 1 star to 5 stars. Hopefully he spends some one on one time with new night manager to bring him up to speed with honesty and customer service.
What is this?!?! Literally nothing on them except a flat tortilla and meat!!! Missing the majority of my food! Returned at 253, within 10 minutes of
picking up my order, to be told they already closed everything and to come back tomorrow! Online says they don’t close until 4!

Staff are generally friendly and smart. Good people. I'll give them that. But I have some issues with their professionalism and service. They always claim their coffee machine is broken, or that they don't serve iced coffee at certain times of night. Just now, I tried and failed to get an iced coffee. When I asked for my receipt to fill out the survey, the dug one out of the trash and tried to hand it to me. No thanks.
Another time, when I circled around the drive-thru again to order another item, the associate commented some things like, "back for more?" and "Those soft tacos are good, aren't they?." The interaction made me uncomfortable. Just sell me the food with a smile and a nod. That's all I ask.
Staff don't wear face coverings. But what do you expect? This is Taco Bell in rural Kentucky.

Very rude young kid working the drive through window. I tried to order 3 hard tacos with extra mild sauce... He mistook what I said. He put in 3 hard tacos and 3 soft tacos. I so no, just 3 hard tacos.
This child said no you dont have to be rude.
Excuse me?? I was not rude. Obviously you couldn't hear me correctly so I spoke up and tried to correct HIS mistake.
These disrespectful children have no respect whatsoever to elders.
That's it not how you treat paying customers. Especially not ones who worked for Taco Bell for 12 years.
Stop playing games at night, and being disrespectful . Who trained these workers?
I kindly said, thank you no thank you cancel my order....
Georgetown, KY Taco Bell 1 or 2 bad apples on your night shift thinks this is ok. NOT ACCEPTABLE..

We were there about 3am, arrived and all the lights were off including the menu light but clearly there were people in the drive thru and they weren’t closed. Waited in line forever, got up to the ordering screen and all they said was “go ahead with your order “. Get up to the window and the lady was SO rude. We had an online order and she tried to say we didn’t order something when we did and even showed her. She slammed the window and didn’t say anything so we drove off. We ordered something and paid extra for chicken instead of beef and of course didn’t get the chicken we paid for. Our orders are always wrong and they never wanna correct it. Day shift customer service is much better , but the people on night shift are SO RUDE. Worst Taco Bell ever.

Third shift here is a joke. Incompetent, rude, and unprofessional. Playing games and clowning around instead of doing their jobs, and when they actually do the job, they do it entirely wrong. Ordered a Nancho bell grande with no tomatos and extra cheese and two burritos around 2AM. Nachos had tomatoes and regular cheese, and I was only given a single burrito.
So not only was the items in the order wrong, but I outright wasn't given part of my order at all. This is a recurring theme pretty much every time I've gone to this particular location anytime after around 9PM. Seriously, this entire shift needs to be fired.

We go to this Taco Bell often, yet idk why we bother. Almost every time we go we are missing food. It’s getting very frustrating at this point as it’s been probably a good 10 times as out if the more than 20 times we visit a year. It’s doubtful I’ll bother going here anymore. I’ll start trying the one across town.

I've been a customer since it opened but last few times has not been pleasant. Not sure if it's under new management or new owners but not as friendly, always out of towels and cleaning spray. I was driving from Lexington but will no longer do that. One lady parked next to me to clean her interior , told me it was the worse car wash she's had in a long time. She was a regular but will no longer come back

20 minutes trapped in a drive through to be handed cold food and a burrito half the size, of the same menu item, as every other taco bell I've been to. 2 stars because it was at least edible.
