Maria smile made my morning 100 times better. I was already running late and hungry she made me want to come back to this location everytime I am headed to SanAntonio. The breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh. That strawberry lemonade gave me life yes yes and the potato wedges just a added touch of yes and yes yes. Don’t ever forget this spot go visit and see Maria she’s beyond amazing and deserves a raise and vacation paid on the company

Better staff this time then it has been in a while, but still the food quality isn't good, or at least not the way it used to be.
I ordered two chili cheese baked potatoes. They both looked like they had been microwaved. They were very hard I could only eat 1/4 of each one because the rest was hard.
My cup of chili I ordered on the side was only half filled and the rest was cheese. I stop going to Wendy's at least the location in Georgetown because of the service , and food quality before the pandemic. I decided to give them another try just to see if anything was different. (Since they location had a sigh that business hours changed and management). Well I won't be back to this location anytime soon.

They were closed when I arrived, but first Maryann at drive up window was looking at my map to see what other places might be open. Then Miguel, Bless his heart, understood from Maryann that I did not drive on I35, so he was trying to explain it, THEN HE ASKED IF HE COULD ADD WHATABURGER'S location to my map! He did and I just finished a delicious patty melt. The KINDNESS and genuine compassion for me was outstanding

I ordered $40 in food. Order was not complete. I called to have them fix it. They hung up on me 3 times. I was polite on the phone. Seems like teenagers and non English speaking employees aren't satisfied with company so they don't care about service. Never go to Wendy's on rivery Blvd Georgetown. Can't even fix sign trashiest Wendy's ever. Negative 10 stars in my book. Should close this location down and make it something where employees enjoy working there.

Pleasantly surprised by this Wendy’s. Burger looked like the picture, hot crispy bacon. Interior of restaurant was really nice. Honestly had kind of written Wendy’s off, but would definitely come back to this location.

Went to drive thru for breakfast. Ordering went well. Paying went well and the order was quickly brought to me. The employee was efficient but not overly talkative. Strictly business. Good experience.

Great. Customer service from lady at the drive-thru was super.
Though i did ask for no Mayo and they added mayo. She didn't take my order. Overall, it was fine.

Order delivery, get the complete wrong order. Coke tastes dirty like they don't clean the machine. My receipt was stapled to the bag so they KNEW the items were wrong and just shrugged it off.
