😠 Breakfast Was Ruined 🤨I visit this location just about every morning before work, the employees that work here throughout the week are absolutely amazing👍🏼 (Some of the weekend employees are rather rude👎🏼but that's not here nor there)
Today they completely ruined my breakfast & most definitely ordered extra 🥓. I paid for extra 🥓 & got two slices of bacon🥓🥓 on my.
Also my coffee☕ taste like Sweet Water💦 it was just a bad breakfast 👎🏼🥞, I'm not really one to endlessly complain but please by all means DONT!!! DON'T Mess up the one thing

My only major gripes with this location are:
Getting back onto the highway from their shared entry/exit with the hotel can be tricky - especially during peak tourist traffic. Truckers are usually nice enough to create a break for you, though.
Whenever there's a new batch of employees (think summer or holiday staff), you need to double-check your order before driving away.

While getting a cup of coffee at the drive I experienced one of the worst things you could expect from fast food. After drinking part of my coffee I was spitting out chewed sunflower seeds. The seeds had been spit into the cup I was served coffee in. I contacted the manager and the corporate offices. The manager did say an employee was eating sunflower seeds and I could get another coffee for free. I declined. Corporate referred it to the owner and a gentleman named Tom contacted me and offered me 10 dollars. I explained it was spit in my cup . He stated the store would correct the issue and I felt totally blown off. I advised i didnt want his 10 dollars since i will not be going to any dunkin donuts anymore. Use at you own risk.

I have been going to this Dunkin for about a year. I use a three strike & you are out policy when it comes to restaurants. This store has made my coffee sour & inedible the last three times in a row despite asking for sugar, cream & syrup. They were rude & overcharged me for an item that I did not even order. Will not be back!

Went through drive through. Got my app out to pay. Was having trouble with my app. Told young lady at window, sorry having trouble with the app. She very rudely said oh. She proceeded to bang the scanner on counter while just standing there looking at me with a nasty, rude look, she continuously stood there tapping scanner on counter. I hear Male coworker say, what's the problem. Again very rudely she says, he's having problems with app. Through this time literally 1-2 mins. I continued to apologize while trying to get app to work. Not one time did she or the male coworker offer to help or even use any kind words. The saddest part was there wasn't another person in line at drive through or in store and this is how they treat customers. Be glad to keep my DAILY business next door at Starbucks!

This was the second time this happened to me go inside to order an can't get waited on. They just keep on walking bye me not saying anything so I left will never go back again so ridiculous

Even though they were very busy on a Saturday morning the line inside moved very quickly. The order we placed was correct and the cashier was courteous. Restrooms were clean! The parking lot is crazy and it’s not the easiest place to find the entrance to the parking area but other than that it was a good Dunkin’ location.

Needs a major cleaning inside. There were 3 people on the drive through no one on the counter so after waiting 10 min. I left.
