The lady in there was SUPER angry. I asked for bacon on one of my sandwiches and it was like it was the end of the world. Almost everything i asked for she was very rude and shook her head or sighed like she couldnt believe i asked for extra things on my sandwiches. She was VERY rude to the people in line behind me. Everyone in line looked scared. Lol My brother in law got sandwiches for him and my sister and my sisters flatbread had mold on it. I wont come back to this location.

Better get your Subway in Summit County, or wait til you get back to Denver. Worst service ever! They never have Italian Herb bread. Even during non peak hours. Employees are put out if they actually have to make a sandwich. They complain in front of customers about being too busy on a Sunday afternoon...welcome to ski season! I ordered a deluxe on a 12" sub, the girl put 2 scoops of meat, I asked if it should be 3 scoops for deluxe, she snapped at me that she wasn't done yet and proceeded to cram 4 scoops of meat on my sub. I asked to have my sandwich toasted twice, I was told they are allowed to. Sub was soggy and cold. 3 customers waiting in Subway line...employees are too busy to help. Lol, they don't even see anyone taking their pic!

This place is a nightmare! Kids meal on the menu board, but no way to ring it up. Our "Sandwich Artist" refused to get us the juice and apple sauce out of the walk-in cooler. Also they have Meatball subs advertised on the board, but can't make them? Good thing it is attached to a gas station where we could buy some drinks! This place is a shitshow.

The shop owner (I am guessing) doesn't seem interested in having customers. The two people working the Subway counter we nice, but very slow. We were behind maybe 6-8 people, and it took a full hour for us to get our two sandwiches. I'm all for supporting small-town businesses, so maybe try the burger place next door.

Took 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches to be made. After serving the people in front of us the employee started prepping bread while a family of 7 lined up behind us. Rather than hold off on prepping so she could start making sandwiches she continued prepping bread for at least 10 minutes. The gas station attendant had to come over and start making our sandwiches while she continued to ignore the growing line. When she finally came over to start making sandwiches she was grumpy and somewhat rude. She couldn't figure out how to work the card machine so we had to swipe it and do it for her. The family behind us ended up walking out without ordering, which is what we should have done, too.

I never thought I would complain about a subway. He was not happy I was ordering subway and he was too insistent on selling me a foot long, which I did not want. He ended up cutting the bread and half and when he went on to slice the bread to put the ingredients inside he did not cut it sideways like they usually do. He cut it from the top and was barely able to put the ingredients inside. I definitely recommend going to the circle K across the street.

The line was super long, but I live in town so I didn't mind waiting. There were two workers, an older lady and a older gentleman. The man was obviously new and was learning. The older lady was very rude. Very rude. I just got a salad but I don't intend on eating it. The lady had a band-aid on her neck that was half off with a pretty nasty cut underneath. Guarantee that band-aid will be falling into someone's food today. I definitely will not come here again.

Very poor customer service. Me and my family stop there to get food while on vacation. We were told they were out bread. We never heard of a subway out bread. What kind of service is this. Also the kids meal didn't come with anything . We will never go back to that subway. Don't waste your money or your time. Go somewhere else.
