I think the young man that helped us this time is new and could use a little direction. He stopped in the middle of making our sandwiches to take somebody else's order which confused himself and the woman doing toppings. Then in the middle of wrapping our sandwiches, he stopped to do something else,

We ordered the #17 Mike's famous Philly, and I commend the taste of the meat! Good purchased!

The sandwich was good and it was ready fast. Curious why they didn't have spicy mustard - I thought most locations do?

Counters, floors, tables,etc very dirty! Won't return because of total unclean appearance.

I was there between 2:50 and 3 and the gentleman on the slicer was so nice made my sub perfect! Great customer service!! And the gentleman on the grill did a great job too my dad hasn’t shut up about how good his sub was!

Always such a treat. I love the staff, they are friendly and kind! The food is amazing as well. I always get the Italian style sub (#13) but ya gotta get it Mike's way with a side of hot peppers! The peppers aren't spicy, but add that extra burst of amazing vinegar taste..... Love lovd love!

This is a newer Mike's and wow these kids are busting their butts. Fast friendly service and can say they make it just like you ask. Best Mike's in Frederick Co. hands down, if your in Urbana stop and enjoy.
