The burgers are delicious! The saff is ok. It was my second time there after a few years. Unfortunately, they're letting the place get run down. Cleanliness can and should improve.
My 6yo daughter loves their burgers. And yes, they are cooked to the right temperature!!! She prefers hers Medium and they never disappoint. The staff is helpful and engaging as needed. 5 stars from us 🙌🏾🙌🏾
Still waiting on our food but the 2 guys that are here working deserve a raise their clearly as u can see are understaffed and maintained their gd customer service skills despite the kids running around and at least 2 other customers who was impatient n rude i commend them.

Pricey but loads of burger options for a great healthy or unhealthy dining or take-out experience. I prefer the turkey burger with a fried egg, avocado, bacon, no cheese and asparagus as my side. Retro decor for a nice indoor and outdoor dining experience. However, it would be great to have TVs for big sporting events.
Order a burger and the person taking the other apparently was not listening to what I ordered. I got the meat I wanted but all condiments and cheese were missing. This was a to go order so I did not see what I was missing til I get home. Look at your order before leaving, I learned this the hard way.
Super disappointed they switched from the old dry aged beef to just angus beef. The burgers are still good, but the cost is no longer justified imo. The beef flavor is still strong but the dry aged product was the the main thing that justified the premium price tag back in the day. If it's just angus beef, let's be honest, we can get that from many different sources on our own. Not only this but a steakhouse burger is pretty much on par with it so it kind of loses its uniqueness when it costs and pretty much is the same as existing products from other restaurants.
tl;dr Still a good burger, but without the dry aged beef patties I've lost the reason to come to BGR compared to any other "premium burger" restaurant.
Friendly staff, good food. Never been inside a BGR to order(always ordered ahead on apps) so the menu was weird to me. I thought they had 'signature' burgers. It appeared to just be build-your-own. As of July 2022, there's still no dine in. There is outdoor seating
This experience was a great one. I’m petite and ended up getting a “to-go” bag with my dine-in order. The pretzel bacon cheese turkey burger and sweet potato fries were far too good to not finish. I’m not a big burger person, but on the rare occasion that I’m craving one, this is where I’ll go.
I had the mushroom burger on a turkey burger and my daughter had the bourbon style burger on a turkey burger. The garlic parm fries and sweet potatoes fries, Off the Chain! Burgers were absolutely delicious. Only issue I had was the store was not dirty. It was filthy! The floors and walls were very unkept. The bathroom, the same and they had the nerve to not have soap or paper towels. I was appalled! Other than that, staff was friendly and attentive. Had I notice the condition of the store, initially, I would not have ordered there. Considering what you pay for a meal there and the fact they didn't offer in-restaurant dining, this can not be good for business. Don't use CoVid for an excuse, either because the store didn't show it to be a real concern. Management needs to level-up, immediately, or see the effects on their profit margins
Great burgers. Beef or turkey; you can't go wrong. you really can't beat a quality, made to order, fresh burger. The fries are solid, personally better without the garlic sauce mix. The shakes are okay, not as creamy as some competitors but certainly enjoyable on these warm summer days.
The employees are nice and the burgers were cooked to perfection! I was amazed at how clean this restaurant is. Keep up the great work, I’ll be back!
