We wanted to take a friend out for dinner in his neighborhood and came across this neighborhood eatery. Wasn't sure if it was going to be an authentic restaurant after seeing some mixed reviews but we were glad that we gave it a try.
We made reservations for party of 5 and they were very accommodating as we only called in one hour before our appointed time.
The menu looked like it had a mix of Chinese American and also Cantonese cuisine. The servers spoke Mandarin as well as Cantonese dialect.I could tell that their chef is Cantonese as the flavors were very clean not salty.
We ordered the crispy roast pork, sweet and sour HK ribs, Deep fried flounder, seafood and tofu hot pot, seafood cantonese noodles, as well as string beans stirfried with beef. Everything tasted delicious and the right amount of seasoning. It was so good that we decided to go back for more roasted meats the next day on our way to the airport. We bought two bento boxes - roasted pork, bbq pork and soy sauce chicken with rice and veggies. One box was enough to feed two of us.
Prices were very reasonable for the amount of food. Great neighborhood eatery!

We always stop here. This is a Cantonese restaurant. You will mostly see Chinese here. The food is authentic and is excellent. It is not bright new shiney and glossy, but the food is excellent, and the family that runs it are very nice. The parking is tight and can be difficult. If the owner suggests a dish, that is usually something special that is fresh. Try it.
It is a great spot the get a bit to eat. Good prices and very nice folks.
The food are so good and great location
Some people on here are just way too pretentious. I've dined here multiple times, and the food is always delicious. The staff is super friendly, and always attentive. They even gave us a free appetizer as we ate, and slipped a free soup in our leftovers bag. This is now one of our go-to spots!
Food was amazing and the owner were super nice and service was great definitely will go back it's a hidden gem π
Salt and pepper pork was excellent and well seasoned and crispy. Not too spicy for my kids including the 3yo and they kept asking for seconds and third helping. Beef chow fun and congee also very good
The food was absolutely delicious and the prices are more than fair. It's definitely a gem in the neighborhood .
Dishes are great. Best Cantonese cuisine.
