Came for lunch on Saturday. Restaurant was clean and well lit, with attentive staff, especially Treyton who was our server. He answered all questions we had about dishes on the menu, and even recommended several fantastic dishes. We sampled the Burnt ends and Cobb Salad. Both were incredible. 10/10 would recommend! Perfect for date nights and exceptional, flavor filled dining!

The brisket chilli and brisket platter were amazing... But if you walk out without trying the pecan cobbler.... You have lost your mind. One of the best desserts i've had.

Excellent food. I tried the cheese grits with brisket & pickled tomatoes, the chicken biscuit & brisket biscuit, the smashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, & mac & cheese. Everything was delicious & I can’t wait to try some of the other items.

My husband, our two kids and I went to WRB for lunch today, and it was the brisket I've been missing all my life. I had the burnt brisket ends on a half cornbread waffle, topped with very yummy slaw, and a side of baked cheese grits. The brisket ends melted in my mouth. I mean melted. So delicious. The staff was really friendly, and one guy even helped me carry my baby carrier out to the car. Top notch service!

I have been there several times . I LOVE the atmosphere , especially the bar and tall booths . The food however is what rocks . There is nothing that can top the biscuit/brisket sliders . Just wow !

First time in tonight and what a nice surprise! Service by Carlos was outstanding! Everything on menu was delicious, especially the smoky cheese grits and the brisket stew. Prices reasonable. Large portions. And they allow dogs on the patio! A new favorite!

Deeeeeeelicious! My service was great, very attentive! I had the sliced lean with potatoes and sweet turnip greens and portions were perfect. Thank you Gavin for your service and friendly conversation as I'll definitely be back. Oh, that brownie a la mode was a yummy dessert too! (Btw, just high steam those turnip greens a tad longer for tenderness and they're perfect.) Thank you again! :)

Instead of our usual Friday night pizza and salad at Pyro’s Pizza with our boys, tonight we were invited to try out the new Wolf River Brisket... All I can say is: WOW! Everything we had was amazing and so delicious not to mention very reasonably priced. Definitely start with the smoked chicken wings, and the brisket is mouth-watering. Can’t wait for this place to open soon. Thanks to Chad and Stacy, we now have a new favorite restaurant in Germantown.

Wonderful experience. Server said they were still working out the kinks but you could not tell! Food and service was excellent. Tried the burnt ends, brisket, cheese grits, and Brussel sprouts. I recommend them all. And the bread pudding is to die for!

My husband and I ate here last night. I had the Mac and cheese with burnt ends, it was $8 and a great portion. My husband got the burnt ends plate with Brussel sprouts and loaded smashed potatoes. It was nice to not have the typical Memphis BBQ. We also got the caramel bread pudding, which we heard was made with leftover biscuits, it was delicious and very sweet. I really liked the atmosphere. Raw wood, cool lights and a huge bar. We were dressed very casual, but we also saw couples on dates and families. We will definitely be back, I just wish they were opened on Sunday, because it would be a great after church lunch. The wait staff was nice, but there are definitely kinks to be worked out. If this was an established restaurant with that service, I would have given them 4 stars, but since it’s new, I think it deserves 5 stars. It has a lot of potential.

Had lunch with my sisters yesterday. We all ordered something different and we were all highly pleased. Different but yummy twist. Our server was very attentive, friendly and quick to meet our requests. Highly recommend and will be going back soon. Get there early because it was packed.

2nd Visit back in 3 weeks! Yesterday’s selection was burnt ends and waffles for Dan with the cider slaw! He liked it better or as well as the burnt ends on Mac n cheese! I stuck with the brisket with Brussels Sprouts and green beans. All very Wonderful and flavorful. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere with an attentive staff. Perfect balance of great food and service. Can’t wait for the longer hours but will hate the crowds once the word gets out about this place. Lol

Friendly service, and great atmosphere! Our food was ready so much faster than expected for a busy Friday evening. The burnt ends and waffles were phenomenal! Fall apart in your mouth tender, and perfectly seasoned. We will be back.

We have visited WRBC on our way to Memphis. Someone suggested us WRBC and so we decided to drive a bit, somewhat out of our way to their main outlet. It was around noon. The lady who was our server was gracious and did host us to near perfection. I told her about a not-so-good experience I had on my birthday at a different restaurant and she brought me a dessert as a compliment. It was so NICE of her! We also loved the brisket here, so much so that we ordered some more for our trip back. The food was great, the decor was rustic, the atmosphere laid back...and the server, she was a perfect host( I think her name was Tia) Highly recommend.

Tried the brisket. Very tender and flavorful. The bread pudding was pretty good, had to get a little more sauce on it. Service was ok. If I’m the neighborhood I’ll try some of the other offerings. Enjoy.

Had lunch here on my break and sat at the bar. As usual, my order was taken as soon as I sat down. Today I tried the burnt ends with mac & cheese and spicy garlic green beans. The food was great as always and the portions were nice for the price.

Love the margaritas and sliders but everything here is good! Been ordering them a lot since the pandemic started and delivery is as good as eating in the restaurant. They have switched to recyclable containers instead of styrofoam for delivery/take out which is great!
