Germantown location has seriously gone down hill since the pandemic. I get it, staffing shortages, inflation, and controlling costs. But this place might as well close down. Rude and uncaring staff and , higher prices for smaller portions. I've been a big fan of Newk's for at least 10+ years. B

I visited this location due to working Uber Eats. The shopping and town centre looks like Germantown, yes it does. However, it is a bit confusing. I ended up parking in the garbage dumpster area. Better signage and navigation is needed. The order was ready to go upon arrival.

This Newks in Gtown has it down! They put the one in Cordova to shame! If you want your food fresh and made right, go to this location!
