Went for dinner on weekend and didn't wait to get seated although place was crowded but we got lucky I guess.
Ordered fried Wonton and was delicious!!
And Ordered 3 sushi rolls all came fast and the one I would recommend for sure Dirty Sanchez!!! Was deliciously amazing!!
The rest was good too but not as good as this one.
Sat at the bar on a busy Saturday during happy hour. Super fast and friendly service. Our food was good except the orange chicken came out cold. The macadamia hit chicken was a huge portion and the traditional salmon sashimi was good just small. Overall great experience.
Blue wasabi, we sat at the sushi bar, and Reese took great care of us. My favorite thing today was the spicy roll called the “chili Willie”, FABULOUS! We met a great couple sitting at the lunch bar, they just bought a camper. So fun.
I WOULD RECOMMEND
I do have to say, it had some smell, like a sewer back up. Ya have to correct that!

One of the busiest sushi places in town. We went there during a weekend around 4pm and had a wait time of 40 min to sit inside. Food is good. They literally have blue colored wasabi. Mango Wango cocktail was good. Sashimi was excellent. Will go back again.
Keeley was an amazing server, attentive and came around to fill my water or ask if I wanted anything else often. The food was delicious and martini perfectly muddled! I will definitely be back!
First time here. Came with my sister. Max was great. He checked on us often , offered drink recommendations, and the food was great. We had the orange chicken Rock Shrimp, Ruby Tuesday , lemon raspberry Ice , strawberry Blonde and NERD we will be back for half off Sundays !!
Our 1st time here in Chandler. Came across this restaurant and it's AMAZING!!! Our waitress, Keeley, was wonderful. She gave wonderful suggestions and what she suggested was DELICIOUS!!! Thank you Keeley for being such an amazing server & for the suggestions. You are wonderful and so was the food!! If you're in the area, stop in and ask for Keeley, she'll take GREAT care of you.
The food was pretty good. The atmosphere was fine and service was mostly good. Pretty enjoyable place.
This place is great for happy hour. Drinks are really fun and delicious. Sushi is always fresh and yummy. Taylor is our server almost every time we come and she is sweet, delightful and always on her game. Come here, you won't be disappointed!
I had the pleasure of dining at Blue Wasabi and had an outstanding waitress named Keely. Her service was impeccable - she greeted us with a warm and welcoming attitude, was incredibly attentive throughout our meal, and made sure all our needs were met. Keely had an excellent knowledge of the menu, providing us with insightful suggestions that enhanced our dining experience. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor truly stood out. I can’t praise her enough for making our evening exceptional. Blue Wasabi is lucky to have such a dedicated and skilled waitress on their team.
Great spot for cocktails and exotic rolls. One of the best happy hour menus i have come across. Their martinis are really good, two of my favorites are Lemon Raspberry Ice and Lemon Head which I included pictures of. The small plates are scrumptious as well, if you have to pick one definitely try the Drunken BBQ Shrimp. Can't really go wrong with any of the rolls, to me a lot of them seem very similar.
Absolutely love coming to Happy Hour here. They are so delicious, quick service and great atmosphere.
Happy hour has great prices, my wife and I go as often as we can because of their gluten free sushi selection.
Update: I visited again after moving away for several years and it's still some of the best sushi I've ever had. Fresh, flavourful and the martinis are excellent. A lost of places have vinegar on their sticky rice that has gluten but Blue Wassabi does not and has plenty of selections to choose.
I love blue wasabi! They have the best happy hour. We had the yummiest food and martinis. The environment was lively and happy. The service was attentive and fast. We will definitely be back for more.
We only picked up the food but from the very short interaction we had with staff, we felt so welcomed! Thank you Sophia and Elliot! Food was good and price was reasonable. They have lots of unique rolls too and the name puns were just a plus! ^^ would recommend and would go back again!
This is the one place in the Santan area that I feel I get top notch service. Everyone is so welcoming and I love the renovations they have done. The food here never disappoints even after all these years and it feels like a family here. Everyone I bring sage the sushi is the freshest and best around. I don’t eat seafood but their hot plates are AMAZING. Try the Chernobyl beef if you’re a lover of steak and heat. 🔥 Max is an amazing server and that’s saying something.
I tried ordering on Uber Eats and it was so delicious, I knew I needed to go in person. Hands down, this is probably the best sushi in Arizona. The rice was perfectly cooked, fish sensational quality and flavors are out of this world. The drinks will have your eyes roll behind your head and all the servers are friendly beyond belief. I never thought I'd find a place like this but here it is! I hope they expand around the valley because this is probably my new #1 sushi spot next to Osaka Japanese Steakhouse. If anyone comes here, keep in mind you'll probably have a bill around 100 or so but it's totally worth it! I'll be back many more times!
