Ordered a large bowl of Chicken Tortilla Soup. This location had less chicken & vegetables when compared to the other Pollo Loco establishments I’ve visited. This facility does not provide tortillas with their order. I was disappointed at that. They provided a cup of their cheese, cilantro. I ordered slices of avocados. Overall, clean and friendly service
Foods great, (rec. 4 pc meal, 1/2 chicken)... the beans are so much better than anywhere else I have eaten here in Az. over the last 8 years... almost gud enuff to compare to "southern" food! Service is adequate, not a long wait.
Food was good , had some spice to it but wasn't to much, price's we got something on sale.
From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and helpful. I let them know it was my first time trying their food since I moved here from Chicago. They even let me sample some of their chicken, and I must share that it is tasty and delicious. The place was super clean, and it smelled like their delicious grilled chicken. I can't wait to go back and try their other options from the menu. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Love this place!!! Grill chicken doesn’t matter if the skins on or off it’s good. I usually get the chicken avocado burrito man too good to be true just good quality food... enjoy your meal!!!
Went in to eat. David was taking our order. He was patient and professional. Great job, David. Ordered a Chicken Burro and a Chicken Avacado Bowl. The food was good, but both were Rice Heavy. The Burro was 3/4 Rice, and I had to search for Chicken. I will admit the food is tasty. That saved the meal.
Addison was our associate and she has the BEST smile. And I love the bowls!
Honestly, a great meal. Expectations were low. Chipotle burrito was satisfying. Highly recommend guac and chips. Horchata was decent enough.
