I came in this morning and ordered one of the dollar menu breakfast burritos but said that I did not want cheese on it. I got to my job and discovered that after the second bite it in fact had cheese on it. I called up the manager Daniel and told him about it and I told him I could not be back until lunch time , could I bring back the burrito at lunch and get something else. When I came back in he made it right and hook me up with a Whopper instead. I will come back to this restaurant because of the friendly service and the way that the manager fixed the mistake from this morning.

Ordered their breakfast burrito combo. It came with two. By the time I got to the 2nd burrito it was still super hot. Very tasty sausage with eggs. I would order this again cause it was a great price and delicious. Restaurant was spotless and the man was cleaning every table thoroughly. They had a TV on the wall with funny animal videos playing. Good experience.

I understand that everyone gets busy especially during rushes of food. I not only respect the workers but know how much they're doing in this crisis. I was going to leave a 1 star because I honestly tried calling this Burger King 13 times before anyone picked up the phone. Just to see if it was how others operated I called two other stores who answered the phone on the first 2 times. I am happy because in the end I was still able to call fix my order (Uber Eats) did not have the option to put no mayo on a family meal. I'm honestly not very picky I usually just wipe it off, but I just wanted it to be easier today with the puppy I'm watching. Overall they dealt with the issue and helped me, I just think that communications at this store can be improved. I don't blame the staff because I can imagine everyone is understaffed right now. Burger King, maybe you need an extra employee during lunch rush who may be able to take a phone call here or there. I probably won't be ordering from this location anymore but I appreciate that even though it was so late that they answered I was able to get no mayo on my whoppers

I usually don't write reviews for fast food, not intentionally but there's really not a lot to say, however, this place made our food perfect! Our food was fresh and hot and looked like the actual pictures advertised! Our food was crispy from the fries to the lettuce and toasted buns! Awesome job guys! My husband and I will definitely be offering more often!

Food is good. I like this one because it is not as busy as some of the others. Always good for families. I like the use of space. Some areas more open and others feel more private. The restaurant is clean and up to date. Food selection is pretty good for the price and the service when we go is usually fast and accurate. The staff is professional. I recommend if you are in the mood for a burger.

I was looking through the "poor quality" reviews and realized the complaints are just normal things that happen in everyday life at a business.I don't like to post reviews unless it's a five-star or a one-star but I had to stick up for Burger King on this one.saying things like my burger was cold or they need to have people that speak English work the drive-thru, and bad location are all small in comparison to actual BAD service. I didn't read that anyone was treated badly or disrespected. In fact I read that the staff was very polite. And to whoever thought the employee lied straight to their face because their chicken sandwich was cold, did you watch that employee walk back grab a burger that had been sitting there and bring it straight to you? Or did they just tell you the company's policy? Because saying somebody lied straight to your face could cause this person some repercussions, And it could have just been a Miss understanding. There a very small crew so give the guys a break. The staff has always gone out of their way to make my order perfect. YOU have to take the time to make sure your order is correct and understood by the cashier.. Don't get mad cuz you grabbed your food and ran off before checking it. This is where the high school kids congregate after school and there's allot of em. So again, the location isn't staffed like a regular BK, think of a BK in the Mall. Don't expect a red carpet greeting or 5 star dining, It's friekin Burger King, SMH... GREAT JOB Y'ALL!? NICE TO SEE THAT TYPE OF ACTION IN THE CONDITIONS YOU GUYS HAVE TO WORK UNDER. KEEP IT UP!!!!

Hands down the best staff in AZ.The food is always fresh, and hot.Angela is the absolute best. She is always friendly, and has never gotten an order wrong. She make us always feel like special customers.

Not a new and fancy Burger King but a great neighborhood resteraunt. Been coming here for years and I gotta day they never mess up my order. Thats crazy right? I recommend highly

The morning crew is fast, friendly, and frequently guess my order from the drive thru. The food is still warm when I get where I'm going and the coffee has enough sugar to keep me awake.

Went to BK for lunch at Gilbert. Best Nuggets.ive ever had Very fresh Cooked perfectly. Hubby had double Cheeseburger. Fries, so good. We loved there food.so fresh. Very good.
